About Me

The Royal at Atlantis
The Royal at Atlantis

Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas is the largest ship by the cruise line. Traveled with my family on a Caribbean Cruise on this magnificent ship in August of this year. Here’s my Review: We had planned for 18 months to cruise on the Allure of the Seas. While I have sailed on Allure of the Sea before, my children have not. We picked this particular sailing because my children have not been to St. Thomas. The check-in process with Royal Caribbean is quick and seamless, with only one person in line before us, we got straight on the ship. The ship is fabulous with seven different neighborhoods to walk through there was a lot to see and do for all ages. We walked up to our cabins, my children wanted to face the water. I wanted to face the Boardwalk where we could see the Carousel and all the activities going on. My grandson, Ethan, loved being able to see the characters and even his parents walk by. We could even see the Aqua Show from my balcony. We checked Ethan into the kid’s area and signed him up for all the fun activities that Royal Caribbean offers in their fantastic kids programs for all ages. Our first port of call was Nassau, Bahamas. We decided to get a day pass at the Atlantis Resort for a fun-filled day at their water park, pools, and white sand beaches. One of my girls had been to the Atlantis in Dubai and now Nassau. We took pictures of the famous chair and the chandelier in the casino. We had a blast at this resort that has a ton to do and see for people of all ages. I highly recommend this resort! When we got back to the ship we decided to go see Mama Mia! that night at Royal Caribbean’s Broadway-caliber theater.On the second day of the Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas, we were at sea. We relaxed by the pool, played putt golf, watched people surf on the FlowRider surf simulator, and zoomed down the zip line. We met some of the DreamWorks characters and took pictures with them. We even got to have breakfast with Shrek, Fiona, and Puss in Boots. Later that night we watched the Aqua Show at the back of the ship. Our next port was St Thomas, US Virgin Island. We did a Pirate Boat Snorkel Adventure excursion to Turtle Island. My grandson loved being able to be on a pirate ship and even snorkeled a bit. We ended the trip with Pirate “tattoos” for everyone, which my grandson showed off to everyone for the rest of the cruise. This island was my kid’s favorite. They loved the water, the beauty, and the people. They are planning on going back to St Thomas to spend more time there. Our last port of call was St Kitts. We all split up this day and did different things. I took my grandson on the sugar train around the island. My girls did paddle boarding and loved it, while my son-in-laws played golf and said it was a beautiful course where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea. There are a lot of adorable monkeys there, ready to go home with you! When we got back on the ship we went to see the Ice show and since the theater is small, there is no bad seat. The last two days were at sea, and trust me, I needed that. My kids climbed the rock wall, we rode the carousel, again, found the video arcade, and ate way too much delicious food. We took more pictures with the characters and watched the parade on the promenade. It was a great week with my family and a wonderful vacation. I would recommend this ship and itinerary to anyone looking for a fun-filled week full of activities. A woman and child diving in the clear blue water on Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas. Star Princess Cruise
Reviewed By Judy - Dallas, Texas | Traveled to Alaska | USA
The Star Princess was larger than any princess ship we have done, but they managed the flow of people well. They had 4 shows going on at once so it was easy to find entertainment. They had modern electronic at the elevators so it only went to the floor people touch outside the elevator. The bathroom was very large for a cruise ship and it was a pleasure to take a shower. Our ship was sold out and we were worried about having 4,500 people. The food was good, but if you wanted lobster in the main restaurant it cost $24. On the last formal night they did have steak & lobster with out any charge. They also changed the buffet layout to one long line. It was a good experience.

Debbie, Our trip could not have been any more perfect. The resort was beyond wonderful. There is a guard gate at the entrance any a fence around the whole property, so I felt comfortable letting the girls explore on their own. The room was beautiful with the balcony looking out to the ocean. The restaurants were fabulous. It really was a great time, Thank you so much for finding Isla Bella Beach Resort & Spa for us.

Love the hotel – Same place we went last year so it was a welcome back with the same concierge. The food was not as good as last year but still amazing. The room was the perfect view!!!!! Weather was amazing every day and we did absolutely nothing besides sit on the beach or by the pool. 100% Vacation Thank you again for always being there for us. We are considering Aruba/Bahamas next year then Turkes for 2028.

Alaska again
Reviewed By Becky - Spring, TX | Traveled to Alaska | USA
Still cold. They had a brutal winter followed by cold spring. Ship cleanliness and cabin were great but food was mediocre and prizes for trivia were stickers. No priest on board which was a nice perk for us previously. Service on lido buffet was awful. May not choose HAL again unless super deal or something. But saw animals and Alaska as beautiful as ever. Summer and fall are probably better times to go but Alaska offers a lot anytime you go. Still really appreciate the airport transportation as flight back was pretty late and driver was there. Thanks so much for that.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.
