We had the honeymoon of a lifetime thanks to Charlene from Gracing the Globe! In the days of COVID, travel can be confusing and anxiety-producing. Charlene made it easy and took all the worry away. With her, we planned a trip to Dubai and the Maldives. Charlene listened to our needs, expectations, and desires and made all of our dreams come true! She is thorough, proactive, and knowledgeable. I don’t know how I every traveled in the past without her services! We are thoroughly pleased with Charlene’s expertise and will certainly use her again for upcoming travel. Charlene with Gracing the Globe Travels was phenomenal to work with in every aspect. She handled every detail possible of our trip and refused to allow me to lift a finger in the planning process. It started with a list of all-inclusive resorts that she recommended after asking us what we were interested in. From there, she handled our flight arrangements (including dealing with flight vouchers , which is never an easy process to navigate) and all transportation. Charlene goes out of her way to make herself available to you through multiple avenues (email, text, call, WhatsApp) with a very quick response. We could not have asked for a better vacation at Excellence El Carmen and much of that credit goes to the seamless work of Charlene.
