I’ve never used a travel agent before. So I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I always thought I can book reservations just as easily as they can. But then my dad used Suzanne for this trip and I saw that it was much less stressful on him, I saw that he was much more relaxed and he enjoyed the trip more I felt. Personally, when she booked the driver to get me back to the airport to go home and everything was handled and paid for and I didn’t have to life a finger, I just had to show up. It was also nice that I was able to ask her any questions I had and she knew the answer and everyone was much more relaxed. I felt we all enjoyed the trip more this way. We’ve already decided on the next family vacation and I hope my dad uses her again, I know that any trip I take my wife and son on, I’ll be using her to help eliminate stress. 20 stars out of 5.

Working with Suzanne was one of the best travel experiences I have ever had in my LIFE. I gave her the dates I wanted to go on our Mexican honeymoon and she did everything from there! Flights, hotels, transportation to resorts, etc. she did it ALL! She checked prices daily, even after we booked places, to see if the prices went down. If they did, she would call and get us the cheaper rate! We even got a room upgrade with a refund! Who does that?? Suzanne does because she’s THAT AWESOME! Anytime we had a question, she was communicative and responded immediately. It truly felt like she had our best interests at heart and I can tell she truly loves her job. She made traveling so easy, especially for someone like me who normally has to plan everything, I didn’t feel like I needed vacation from the stress of planning a vacation for once! She even surprised us with a gift for our honeymoon waiting in the hotel once we got to our resort. Seriously, book with her and make your vacation experie

Suz was my travel agent for a couple of my trips. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you travel arrangements are IN ORDER! The absolute sweetest woman, and she does her due diligence to scout out fun activities for you to due, or tours and sight seeing if you had your heart set on that. 10 out of 10 highly recommend
