Your Fairy Godmother of Magical Vacations

A few months ago I contacted Amy Tracy when my family was starting to plan our summer vacation to the UK and Paris. I've been dreaming of a trip to Scotland my entire life. England and France were so close we figured we could add a few days for them, too. We were finally going to make it happen, Iwas going to bring my family to see various cities in Scotland, and hit London and Paris, as well! We were struggling to pick what to do, when to do it, where to stay, etc., because there are so many amazing options. Overwhelmed, I reached out to Amy and from the very first call I felt like we were in capable hands. Each question we had, each tweak we wanted to make, she was not just accommodating, she was enthusiastic to help us get things "perfect" while keeping within our budget and timeline. She offered very helpful guidance and was especially helpful with pointing out logistic concerns. While we were overseas and encountered a couple issues, we were able to connect with her directly, but also with the local leads from the travel agency in the country we were in during the issue. Help was always swift and reassuring. For a trip involving 3 countries in 10 days I still can't believe how well it all worked out. It's the best vacation we've ever had, hands down. We will definitely be contacting Amy anytime we need help planning a vacation in the future, and I've already recommended her to several family members and colleagues. I can't wait to get back in touch with her to plan our next one!!
