Dream Vacations & Personalized Travel Planning

Lori Bierman did a wonderful job helping us organize and complete our plans to book a Globus tour of four of the Hawaiian islands. On two of our previous Globus trips, we had difficulty using our TSA Pre Check status. Lori made sure our numbers were recorded properly, and we were finally able to use the TSA option on the way home. In addition to Lori's help with booking our flights, she suggested "comfort seating" which made the long flights much more pleasant and well worth the additional cost. She was very helpful in suggesting different tours we might enjoy, places of interest we'd like, and made recommendations about appropriate tips for the tour guides, drivers, and hotel workers. She also suggested extra activities we might choose to make our journey fun, but not exhausting. We are also very grateful to Lori for helping us receive our "Globus Welcome Back Bonus" for this trip! The extra money was a welcome savings for us! Our local Globus tour guide, Pat Van Every, was also excellent! She gave personal attention to every person on the trip by getting to know everyone by name and making specific suggestions to each person or group, and telling us about places of interest, photo opportunities, and extra activities. She was also very knowledgeable about local points of interest, times when visits would be most convenient in popular venues, and where to find to out of the way shops and restaurants to visit during our free time. We were very pleased with the hotels, food, and local tours and guides. Even though there were 28 people in our group (when were told there would be about 16) everyone in the group was pleasant, on time, and became fun travel partners. The local people in Hawaii were also very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was a trip we will remember fondly for the rest of our lives!

5 Stars for Lori Bierman and Travel Leaders. Lori was on top of everything to make sure our first cruise was enjoyable. We told her we wanted to try a cruise to see if we liked it, and we did. She put us on the perfect cruise and ensured we were very well-prepared for the new experience. We really appreciated the smooth and stress-free planning that she did for us. We strongly recommend Lori for travel planning. The whole trip was amazing, and the bottom line is we are happy and will have her help us in the future with our travel plans.

We typically don’t use travel agents, but Lori’s expertise and suggestions made this vacation so much better and less stressful had we made arrangements on our own.
