ALL TRAVEL SPECIALIST

I can’t say enough good things about our travel agent Diakisha! I recently went on a Caribbean cruise with my mom and sister, and it was such a memorable experience. The trip exceeded our expectations, from when we booked to when we returned home. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth and well-planned vacation!

Diakisha did an amazing job planning our Mother & Daughters Caribbean Cruise! From start to finish, everything was organized perfectly and stress-free. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions and make sure every detail was covered. The trip was unforgettable and exactly what we hoped for. I highly recommend Diakisha to anyone looking to plan a seamless and memorable vacation — we will definitely be booking with her again! ??????

She was so attentive and made sure we had a great trip and knew everything we needed to do.

Kisha was AMAZINGGGG to work with! Such a great communication, fast, efficient, thoughtful, and knowledgeable about all things travel! Would recommend her service to everyone I know for smooth and seamless travel booking! ??????

She made sure to find me the best flight deal and kept in mind that I wanted to land around the same time as my sister would. On top of that, she gave me several suggestions on sights and restaurants to enjoy in the city. Thanks for everything Kisha!

It was our first trip out of country and i was really tensed about preparations and all. Diakisha made every thing so smooth and easy. She answered all my questions and doubts promptly. All the time she was very patient calm and encouraged us. Thank you diakisha we had a great time at mexico.

I had the most amazing time on my trip to Mexico, all thanks to Kisha! She is incredibly supportive, friendly, and cooperative, and she truly values your requirements. Throughout the planning process, she was very accommodating and always made sure to find the best options for me. Kisha goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Because of her, I had my best trip ever. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares about making your experience unforgettable!

I wanted to surprise my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary. Diakisha and I are coworkers as well as good friends. I came across a lot of her content online and she showed really good knowledge of the places she visited. My original plans fell through and I ended up having to change destinations multiple times due to unforseen circumstances. However, Diakisha was very supportive and helpful with every single detail. She exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use her services for future trips.

I love purchasing travel insurance from Kisha, the process is easy and I have a piece of mind! Thanks always!

Kisha highly recommended travel insurance for my vacation with my daughter. Having it gave me peace of mind. Thank you so much. I will continuously be a repeat travel client!

I haven’t booked a trip with a travel agent since 2009 & even though I’m well travelled, I will always continue to use her services and recommend her to anyone!! She is amazing!! A birthday trip to truly remember! I found Diakisha through a google search when trying to plan my birthday trip with a friend. She was very quick in her response, asking what we were looking for and where we were departing. As my friend & I were departing from two different cities, I expected this to be a complicated search, but again, Diakisha was very prompt in providing options for both of us. About 2 weeks later, my friend was still undecided and as I had provided Diakisha with my travel history, she encouraged me (with permission of my friend) to travel solo. Diakisha was extremely patient with me, going through the finer details of the narrowed down hotels and eventually, we both chose Margaritaville, a newer all inclusive hotel, she made accommodations immediately (special assistance with the airline, birthday accommodations with the hotel), even went through excursions that would be available. She talked me through & sent all information for me to double check before departure, she sent timely reminders within the week of travel, she even wished me a great trip & let me know she would be available if I had any issues; which I had none! I’m so thankful for her kind, patient & calm demeanour!

Our travel agent Diakisha was absolutely incredible! She planned the perfect getaway for our group of 6 to Jamaica, and every detail was flawless—from flights and resort to excursions and dining. The resort was stunning, and the experiences were unforgettable. We felt truly taken care of the entire time. Thank you Kisha for making our trip so smooth, fun, and full of amazing memories. We can’t wait to book our next adventure with you!

This was my second time booking with Diakisha and she continues to impress with the amount of detail and effort she puts into making sure my trip is perfect. She also provided a great itinerary!

Diakisha was very helpful with booking our trip. She made the booking process very smooth and easy. My Mother and I had a wonderful trip.

I contacted Ms Provo with a list of things that I needed for my vacation. Ms Provo listened to all my needs and exceeded them when booking. I loved that she also made recommendations which I trust because she has booked for me in the past. I love that she does her research and is always eager to help me make everlasting memories with my family. When I’m thinking of future trips, I wouldn’t think of contacting anyone else to help me. Thank you ????

Kisha booked a hotel for myself and my granddaughter to celebrate her 5th birthday. Our trip to Toronto was successful. Kisha provided us with an itinerary for activities in and around Toronto as well. I will definitely share her contact information with my family, friends and colleagues. Kisha, thank you for your kindness and help!

Kisha booked a hotel for myself and my granddaughter as it was to celebrate her 5th birthday. Our stay in Toronto was successful. Kisha was excellent and provided us with an itinerary for activities in and around Toronto. I will definitely book with Kisha again and share her contact details with my family, friends and co-workers! Kisha, thank you, I appreciate your kindness and help!

I immediately wanted Diakisha as my agent because I've always known her to be an extremely diligent and committed worker. Yet still, her services as our travel agent exceeded our expectations! Her responsiveness is unmatched. She is always accessible and ready with answers to our many questions. I have already recommended her to several family members. She made our vacation stress-free and was always available for questions and concerns and changes during our stay. For our 10-day family vacation in Florida, Diakisha took care of everything we needed. From the car rental for the duration of our stay, to the a hotel booking for a 2-night stay in Orlando, she made the entire experience easy! Also, she has a wealth of knowledge about so many travel locations and she recommended many low-ist or free places for us to visit in Florida, which we did! This added to the fun and memories we created on this trip with our two young daughters. When we needed a last minute change to the hotel in Orlando, Diakisha got it done within less than one hour. On our way back home, our flights we're delayed due to a storm and we were at risk of missing our connecting flight. I called Diakisha immediately and she began working to make sure that we would be accommodated for a hotel stay and food voucher in the event that we would need to stay in another state overnight. Fortunately, the connecting flight was also delayed, so we made it home on time, but the fact that she was at the ready to ensure that we were supported, alleviated all our stress. The experience working with Diakisha is the best we've had and I will continue to book with her for future travels! In fact, because of this experience working with her, we want to travel more!

She made it simple for me and it was extremely affordable. I figured it was good to have just in case and thankfully I didn’t need it. She explained all the benefits and so it was a no brainer.

This was the most enjoyable trip I’ve ever taken. Thank you to our travel advisor for making this an easy process, especially for me being an older person and not being so up-to-date on the new technology way of doing things. She found us an incredible deal on our flights and the perfect accommodations. She also customized our itinerary and the itinerary was perfectly suitable for our mothers and daughters trip. I absolutely loved our excursions and activities that were suggested for us. Also the city attractions that were suggested for us were the best. I highly recommend this travel advisor to anyone looking for a hassle free and memorable vacation. Thank you so much Diakisha for helping us make great memories.

I recently booked a trip through this travel advisor, and I'm so impressed with the service! The itinerary was perfect for our mothers and daughters trip, offering lots of great attractions and excursions that worked for all ages in our group. The locations that were suggested were spot-on, offering a great mix of relaxation and adventure. Everything was well-organized, from accommodations to local tours. The booking process was smooth and the advisor was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions. I highly recommend this advisor for anyone looking for a stress-free and unforgettable travel experience!

This was the best vacation I've ever had! Kisha, our travel agent, did an amazing job of finding a villa that was perfect for our needs. It made us feel safe, cozy, and was very clean, and in a great location that was close to a few key spots. This trip was the vacation I needed; it allowed me to relax but also try new things and have fun. I will be booking with her again for my next vacation. She is amazing and really catered to our needs. I will recommend her to all my friends and family for their travel needs."

"Working with our travel agent was an absolute pleasure! She helped us tremendously book and plan this trip. Her expertise, especially with Aruba, where she's traveled before, was invaluable. She gave great advice and created a detailed itinerary for our days, making planning so easy. Her recommendations for excursions and restaurants were spot-on, and her advice on getting around was perfect. She was friendly, incredibly helpful, and always prompt, answering every question we had. I highly recommend her services!"

My experience with the booking process was great! I appreciated that Kisha took the time to explain all of the trip options that were available and made it a smooth process by her consistent communication. I had a relaxing and restful Cruise to say the least. I look forward to booking another trip with Kisha in the future. Thank you,

From beginning to the end, the booking process was seamless. The constant follow up communication, daily check-ins, and thoughtful coordination leading up to the day of the trip made the experience feel more personal and engaging. Diakisha always made herself available to answer questions and provide any information that was needed. She also ensured that all travel options were thoroughly explored and spent time giving comparative breakdowns for each option prior to booking.

This was my first time travelling to Panama and I couldn’t have had a better trip. The country is beautiful and the people are even better. Kisha was truly reliable throughout the process and kept communication open and honest. I highly recommend her services and look forward to my next booking with Kisha.

Thank you Kisha for helping my mother plan my sports trip. It was such a fun trip!

Kisha was helpful and assisted with getting us the right travel insurance for our trip, which gave us a peace of mind! Thank you!

Diakisha was patient and made sure she found the best suitable deal that worked for my budget. I also appreciated how communicative she was during and after booking the trip. I’ll definitely use her services again. Thanks so much!

Throughout planning my whole trip Diakisha was very helpful and informative. She was thoughtful and took my love for beaches into consideration and suggested great resort options. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

The activities and the itinerary were really fun! I enjoyed the hotel stay in the city. It was a nice graduation trip with my friends. Thank you Kisha :)

The hotel was nice and I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The stores and restaurants were close by and in walking distance. Thank you Kisha for the itinerary!

My grad trip was amazing and everything was planned well. Everything was neatly in order. The hotel was good and I enjoyed the breakfast. Thanks Kisha!

Diakisha was a great travel advisor. The purpose of our trip was to find a prom dress for my daughter and her friends. Diakisha was able to find a hotel in the city centre that was accessible to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. She sent us recommendations for a boutique dress store where I was able to purchase 3 prom dresses for my daughter and her friends. She also recommended variety of food spots as she listened to our food restrictions; vegan and dairy free. I will be using her services for every future endeavour. I recommend you do the same!

Working with Diakisha Provo was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I travelled with a group of eight, and bu request, she extended the stay for me and my sister by two additional days at a very reasonable rate and without any complication. That early support set the tone for how seamless the rest of the process would be. A few weeks prior to our departure, Diakisha held a meeting with our group to walk us through the travel plans. She made herself fully available for any questions or concerns, and she provided us with a thoughtful list of activities and tourist attractions to enjoy during our stay in Atlanta. As the trip approached, she reminded us to check in 24 hours before our flights and when we arrived in Atlanta, she checked in to make sure we made it safely, a gesture that showed her genuine care for her clients. On the way back, her proactive communication stood out once again. When I didn’t respond to her email or text message about a change in our return flight, she followed up with a phone call to ensure I was aware of the update. Her diligence made the entire travel experience smooth and stress-free. Beyond her professionalism, Diakisha is very friendly, warm, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She consistently goes above and beyond, and her service made a meaningful difference in my trip. I’m grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful travel assistance.

????? 10/10 Hands Down! Everything about our experience with Diakisha was top notch from beginning to end! She took care of all the travel details, including our flights and hotel, and made sure we were fully informed every step of the way. She checked in with us throughout the trip and sent helpful reminders about departure times, hotel checkout, and anything else we needed to know, she was on top of it answering all of our questions. She was accessible and her response times were QUICK! What impressed me most was her attention to detail and follow-through. On our return trip, my sister’s and my flight had to be changed to another airline because of mechanical issues with the aircraft. Although the airline had already notified us, Diakisha was right on top of it too. She immediately sent us a text to make sure we knew about the change and then followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was okay. That level of care makes all the difference when you’re travelling. She was professional, efficient, friendly, attentive, and truly made the entire experience feel hassle free. I would recommend Diakisha without hesitation to anyone looking for someone they can trust to handle their travel arrangements. She doesn’t just book your trip, she makes sure you are taken care of from departure to return. 10/10, hands down! I will absolutely use her services again.

Excellent seevice

Kisha’s travel services are amazing from start to finish! I love booking with her because her communication is excellent, everything is handled professionally and the entire process is completely stress-free. This time she even provided a detailed itinerary, which made the trip even easier to enjoy. I’ll definitely continue booking all of my trips with Kisha!

Kisha’s service’s were top tier. The experience started with a telephone consultation. I explained our priorities and things we wanted to stay away from and provided the dates we were working with. Kisha then provided fabulous out-of-the-box options that we reviewed and considered. She was available for questions as we narrowed down the options. Once we landed on our destination of choice, Kisha took care of the booking quickly, efficiently and with attention-to-detail. I later contacted Kisha regarding upgrades and she completed additional upgrades to our itinerary. Being personally familiar with the location, Kiana was able to provide feedback and suggestions from personal experience, which really helped us plan for our trip. When we encountered an issue at check-in (the hotel over-booked the room type that we paid for and tried to put us in a lower standard of room), a quick message to Kisha and she was in touch with the rep in our destination country and the issue was resolved quickly and ended up in the most amazing upgrade that we couldn’t have even imagined! Throughout the process, Kisha was professional, knowledgeable, patient and highly attentive to ensuring we had a memorable experience. I have already recommended her services to multiple friends and can’t wait to explore future destinations and bookings with her assistance. Thank you, Kisha!!!

Kisha was a great travel agent. She was efficient and had great communication the entire time. I would definitely use her again if I need to book another trip.

We had an amazing time on the Carnival Mardi Gras for 7 days. This would not have happened if it wasn’t for Kisha and her attention to detail, making sure we had everything we need, and going the extra mile to make this trip a wonderful experience. She is so efficient and resourceful. We are appreciative and grateful for all she did.

I had a great experience with Diakisha. Everything was extremely organized from the flights to the resort details. The communication throughout the trip was professional, clear, and consistent.
