With Tom's guidance and support, my husband and I planned our two week vacation to central Europe. From the start, Tom listened to what we wanted to do, offered suggestions, researched possibilities, and provided information and shared resource possibilities to help us organize and finalize our plans. He was easily available when we had questions and fun to talk with. His enthusiasm for our trip made the process of planning exciting.
