I've worked with Tim to schedule several vacations including cruises, hotels, travel, excursions, etc. He's given great advice and taken a lot of the headache out of planning! His extensive connections during our most recent trip to Italy made the trip a once in a lifetime experience. Even with the last minute headaches for flight changes, Tim was in contact with our private excursion teams making sure we were fully taken care of. Tim was exceptionally knowledgeable with firsthand experience about Alaska, the cruise line and the options available for shore trips. He gave us great advice on what how best to spend our time. Tim arranged for all the bookings required ahead of time which made for a hassle free enjoyable trip. Tim has been absolutely wonderful to work with in catering a personalized vacation for our group. He made sure that all details where handled and planned for so that there were no unexpected problems during our travels. Tim's responsiveness could not of been any better. It doesn't matter if you email him on the weekend or late at night he responds within hours. And when he knows he's not going to be available for example he goes on vacation, he tells you in advance that he won't be available. That is one proactive travel agent. The second thing I really loved about him was he gave us Tour option alternatives to the cruise line in and each port. In fact he hooked us up with some awesome local tour guides that we enjoyed so very much on small, personal tours that didn't cost any more than the cruise excursions. We have used him to book 3 family cruises now and I would never use anybody else

We can't even put into words how special this trip was and how wonderfully Tim handled our first trip and cruise! Our expectations were not only met but it was truly beyond all of our expectations! After contacting him and telling him what we were looking for in a family vacation, Tim found us a great all inclusive resort in Jamaica.
