Just returned from an amazing Egyptian Holiday and wanted to thank our travel agent (Sean Rox) for putting together a custom itinerary for my wife and I. We always wanted to see the Pyramids but my wife was a bit nervous about travelling to the Middle East (ends up the scariest part was dismounting a camel after a Giza selfie, LOL). Anyway, Sean put together a safe 10 itinerary that included a Nile river cruise from Luxor to Aswan with a helicopter flight to Abu Simbel. We relaxed at the Old Cataract Hotel with a massage and traditional tea and saw a laser light show in front of the Sphinx. The most amazing part of the trip was a four night getaway to Sharm El Sheikh on the Sinai Peninsula. We rode four wheelers through the desert and finished with Bedouin tea at sunset. Our resort was right on the Red Sea and the scuba diving was incredible (the red sea was actually crystal clear). This was the bucket list trip of a lifetime and we brought back a handmade King Cobra walking stick and Hand Woven tapestry of the Weighing of the Heart that has all our neighbors talking.
