Shari was an amazing help to my husband and I planning our honeymoon. We went to St. Lucia and stayed a Sandals resort. Shari had good information about all 3 resorts because she has been to all 3! She was able to match us to the perfect resort for what we wanted. Aside from the fact she was such a friendly and fun person to plan with, she made the vacation planning so easy for us! We told her when we wanted to go,answered a few questions and that was it! She sent us all our travel documents in a convenient package. We had absolutely no problems with any of the arrangements. Shari clearly has a passion for traveling, and her clients benefit because she wants you to have the most amazing time. Thanks to Sherry we had the best cruise ever! I was trying to arrange a Windstar cruise for myself and grandson and their website was problematic and I was ready to give up when my neighbor suggested I call Sherry. Best move ever! Sherry got all the reservations and excursions booked and confirmed and kept me up to date on all the dates, times and deadlines. No extra cost to me and included a shipboard credit for each of us and had a lovely bottle of wine sent to our stateroom. She was simply the best! I talked to 5 different agents before deciding which one I would go with and she was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable one! She sent me over 10 options of all-inclusive resorts within our budget and explained all differences between them. Once we chose our destination (Sandals Barbados) she took care of all booking, payments and flights.
What stood out was the preparation email we received from Shari with all information about Barbados airport and resort's managers contacts. That made such a huge difference to us!

Shari is very knowledgeable and in our case very patience. As first time cruisers my wife and I did not make a final decision until late in the booking process. But Shari was very helpful in working not only with us but with the cruise line to ensure that we had the best available balcony accommodations.
Overall the cruise for our 40th Wedding Anniversary was lovely from the ports that we visited, to the weather and calm seas throughout. We will be working with Shari on future cruises.

Our recent cruise to the Caribbean could have been an extreme disaster if it hadn't of been for Shari's expertise. Shari has been on so many cruises herself that she practically knows every state room every show and every destination that we want to go to. Shari always has "local" knowledge at Ports of Call so that you can enjoy things that other people will never even know about. Our last cruise, Shari made sure that we all had trip and medical insurance for those "just in case: moments. As it turned out, our ship had to return to the Bahama's for a medical emergency that put us 7 hours behind in our ships itinerary. Thankfully the medical reason wasn't for someone in our family but, we experienced first hand what it would be like to have a medical emergency at sea and no insurance. Shari also warned us that we chose a week that was right smack in the middle of hurricane season and that the ships, at all costs, would not sail into a hurricane if at all possible. Our ship was already delayed and by the time the cruise line decided on what to do, a tropical storm had developed near our next destination and we were rerouted 900 miles away. Our family has used Shari every single time we have wanted to go cruising. Here knowledge, her professionalism and constant little reminders on what to pack, when to do and what to do make these trips delightful. If you have a choice in who helps with your cruie experience, look no further than Shari Marsh. She is the best!

We initially contacted Shari to help us figure out which cruise line would best suit our needs for a Danube river cruise in spring 2014. Shari is a friend of a friend and has planned many amazing trips for my friend. On her recommendation, we reached out to Shari with our ideas and a budget. She came back with many options and dates. She was very knowledgeable about the ideas she shared and was very honest about her recommendations. We ultimately settled on a resort that Shari had personally visited and felt certain that it was exactly what we were looking for. She was absolutely right! The resort we stayed at was perfect. 5 stars! It was so nice to be able to trust our trip to Shari. She handled everything for us and our vacation was wonderful. She communicated with us numerous times all the way up until the day before we left and then afterwards. I would not hesitate to use her services again and would recommend her to everyone I know!

A Planner's dream!

I like to plan a trip from beginning to end. So vacations can sometimes turn into a very stressful situation. Ever since using Shari in 2008, she has been the ideal friend for this "Type A" personality! She takes on all of the minor details that are tasking and doesn't even bother you with it. She answers my questions, and gives suggestions without being pushy on excursions and possible add-on's. She has planned multiple vacations for my husband and I, as well as a group vacation for my sorority while in college. I refer her to all of my friends looking for a vacation! It makes sense to use an expert to help plan out a trip of a lifetime, especially when you are devoting a lot of money and vacation time to it!

Shari was recommended to us by a friend when 18 of us took a Panama Canal trip. She was amazing just getting all of us A type people on the same ship without any complaints. She always greeted our questions with good grace. She made sure that our documents were in order and anticipated any concerns. I will always use Shari as long as she is a travel agent. We have traveled quite a bit, but her services were exemplary. She was as interested as we were to have a wonderful trip.

We have used Shari on several occasions to help with planning our cruise vacations. She always makes sure we have our documents in order and all of our questions answered. She is always there for us. Shari puts 100% into making sure our trip is perfect. She listens to what we want and helps to make it happen. I always reccomend her and try to encourage people to call her so that she can make planning their next cruise as easy as possible. Shari goes out of her way and she really is the best.

Shari was absolutely amazing... She was very Knowledgeable about her product and made this process so seamless.
There was very little we had to do.. She had dinners set up for us, gifts waiting in our room.. This was the most stress free travel experience I have had and I will definitely be using Shari for cruise vacations... Already booked cruise number 2 with her for 2017.

This is my 5th cruise in 5 years, always purchased through Shari. She is so knowledgeable about cruises & resorts, because she has traveled to/on many herself. You get first-hand suggestions and tips from a true professional. When you book a cruise, she helps you pick a room that is away from the active elevators and above or below the noisy spots. You can tell the quality of a person not just by how much they sell but how much they service when there is not profit to be made. Shari came to our aid when we had to cancel a trip due to health reasons. She walked us through the difficult process step by step even when we made mistakes . She kept us on course and we received our full refund. We can be a bother asking foolish questions and she has never taken our concerns lightly and has treated us with respect and with great care. We will never go to another agent. Medically recovering we arranged they same trip the next year and we were so pleased how seamless the whole process was with her. We love the way she arranges a trip as if for herself and family. She is a real professional.

Intimate cruise

We wanted to get away on a smaller cruise line for our first cruise. Shari set us up on a wonderful trip through the eastern Caribbean on a motor/sailor with all the amenities. She took care of everything and anticipated our every need.
