Our friends decided to meet us at our destination and Emily quickly and easily aligned our flight times so we could transfer from airport and resort and back. Not only that, but our rooms were in the same building, just one floor down. Emily sent helpful pre-planning, packing and day of travel infographics as well as “must see” things for our resort. We just got back from our very first Disney Cruise on the Disney Dream, and wow... it was honestly one of the best family vacations we've ever had. Since it was our first big family trip (and our first Disney cruise), we really didn’t know what we were doing. But Emily had our backs from day one. Emily helped us choose the right ship and room, booked our flights, hotel, transportation—everything—and even found us an awesome deal on a Fort Everglades Holiday Park port tour. She made the whole process super easy and actually fun, which was such a relief. Emily was there for us every step of the way. She always responded quickly, was super patient with all our questions, and never made us feel like we were bothering her (even when we definitely were ??). She even got on the phone with Disney and the Holiday Park several times on our behalf to help clear things up. That kind of care and dedication is rare. And get this—before we left, she surprised us with our very first bit of “pixie dust”: personalized magnets for our cruise door ??. Such a sweet and thoughtful touch that made everything feel even more special. The Disney Dream itself was incredible—beautiful ship, nonstop entertainment, water slides, character meet-and-greets, amazing shows, and fun spaces for kids, tweens, AND grown-ups. There was always something to do, and thanks to Emily’s planning, we didn’t have to stress about anything. We just got to relax and soak up the experience. She even checked in with us during the cruise to make sure we were having a great time (which we absolutely were!). If you’re thinking about taking a Disney Cruise—or any kind of trip—especially if it’s your first time, do yourself a favor and talk to Emily. We just got back from our Anniversary trip to Alaska on the Celebrity Edge and it was such an amazing trip! So relaxing and filled with so much beauty! Can't wait to go back with our kids. We went on an Alaska Cruise on Celebrity! Our favorite memory was Skagway! Old history, charming town and tour guide made the day! Emily is amazing at what she does! So very helpful and thorough throughout the whole process!

Emily put together a dream vacation for us to Turks and Caicos . The resort was 5 Star , it was a dream and more than we could’ve expected. The price was wonderful.
