Mackenzie helped our family of four(mom dad kids 7&9) plan an incredible trip to Hotel Xcaret in Mexico. Her communication was excellent from start to finish—she guided us through planning, budgeting, and finalizing flights and resort details with ease. She really listened to our preferences and helped secure dinner reservations and park plans that matched our wish list perfectly. What stood out most was how much she took the mental load off me as the one usually managing all the details. It made the entire experience far more enjoyable and stress-free. Mackenzie even checked in with us during our trip, which showed a level of care and attentiveness that went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to plan a seamless and memorable vacation. The stay at the resort and parks was wonderful. The place is beautiful. We can’t wait to go back.

We had an amazing trip to Punta Cana. Mackenzie was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of booking the trip and any updates or information throughout and until we arrived home. During out trip, we had a little mishap with our luggage being delayed for a couple days, and then some terrible weather forecasts for our return home. Mackenzie continued to stay in touch and was ALWAYS available for any questions and took care of flight changes. If you are looking for a travel agent, Mackenzie will go above and beyond to help you out. Highly recommend.

The booking process, transportation to and from the resort and the resort were great. Sun Country Airlines delayed our trip there by a couple hours and stranded us overnight in Cancun with the return.
