We went to Breathless in Dominican Republic thanks to Shayna. We already wanted to go there but Shayna schooled us on the Xhale Club and we are so glad we did! Having access to "secret" places on the resort was everything. We were definitely treated like royalty! We have booked over 5 trips with Shayna since this trip and can't wait to join her in Mexico in a few months!!

We have never traveled out of the country before and wanted help from Shayna deciding what would be best for us. She gave us about 10 options to choose from, when we told her dates didnt matter, she invited us to her trip to TRS Coral! I'm so glad we went, Shayna is great at what she does! Our check in was seamless, the room was beautiful, the service was A-1, the butlers were godsend and the atmosphere was just what we wanted. She even found some roommates for some of us and we are now lifetime travel buddies! Shayna is surely your best option for planning and executing your needs to perfection!

We were working with another agent who wasn't the greatest because you can tell they were inexperienced. We found Shayna on social media and she was a sweetheart from the start. She apologized for the other agent without knowing who it was, she paid attention to the little things we talked about in our conversation - our favorite colors, the type of food we like. When we got to Mexico, our room was decorated in our favorite colors and they provided us dinner in our swim out that night based on our preferences. Shayna went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate her. Will be utilizing her for the next trip.

Santorini Wine Hotel was beautiful!

We went to Santorini through Shayna and she surprised us with so much. When we arrived at Winery Hotel, they upgraded us from the 2 story jacuzzi suite to their 2 story plunge pool suite!! I must say that suite was beautiful and the service was truly amazing here! Shayna truly outdid herself with this one. We already planned our Bali and Mexico trips with her! Thank you so much for everything Shayna!!!

Jamaica for 12

When we starting researching our trip, we wanted to go to Jamaica as a group of 12. We went to Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton for the first 3 days and Riu the last 3 days and boy did we party hard at both!! We initially wanted to go to Decameron because it was closer to the airport but we are so glad we split our time up!! It really was hard to choose which one was the best. They both catered to us and the food was divine! Thank you, Shayna, for suggesting going to 2 resorts, we had a great time. Can't wait for Mexico next year!

Gatlinburg Cabin Trip

Shayna did our group trip to Jamaica!!! She was the best. She provided us with a hotel that included a butler and VIP access on site. Shayna provided us with so much COVID information and eased the stress of our planning tremendously. She was very responsive to our emails, calls and texts. The swag bag we received was amazing and fit all of us girls perfectly! She paid attention to alot of the conversations we had and made this the perfect girls trip.

Anniversary in Las Vegas

Shayna did our anniversary trip to Las Vegas, she provided us with Blackstreet and Jabbawockeez tickets along with the best suite at Cosmopolitan. She surely took care of everything and actually listened to what we wanted. We also did a helicopter ride around the city which was so romantic.

Ibiza is going to be a repeat trip!

We had a group of 5 go to Ibiza at TRS and Shayna took away all stress. She handled EVERYONE from the day I selected the hotel I wanted for my birthday. She supplied us with care packages and a private boat party for the whole group. She checked us all in for our flights. She had another custom package waiting for us when we got there. She was reasonable in price and offered so much more than any other agent I've used in the past. We will be utilizing her services again in the near future.

Catalonia Tulum

I booked my birthday trip. Shayna was patient and communicative and I appreciate every bit. We went to just outside of Tulum Mexico and the resort had the best staff. I had my issues with housekeeping but that’s my quirks with people in my space. Other than that debacle (no reflection on Shayna or her service), the resort staff and numerous happy guests was a pleasure. Easy to end up chatting for a while and just be comfortable and yourself.

Usher Residency in Las Vegas

Shayna outdid herself in helping me plan my trip to Vegas and see Usher!! Shayna was very responsive to questions and when I told her the way I like to travel, she helped me pick the perfect resort for my stay!! The seats she picked for the Usher concert were so close to the stage, but my credit card didn't reflect it. She definitely provided me with a great deal. I absolutely loved it!! Le Blanc was beautiful!

We went to Le Blanc through Shayna and she was such a great stress reliever. My husband truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere that we requested. We originially wanted Riu but Shayna told us to trust her that we would love Le Blanc much better. So glad we listened because not only was it so peaceful there, our butler was the abosolute best and he also communicated with Shayna during our trip and they made us feel like a true King and Queen! We have booked 3 anniversary trips through Shayna and will never go anywhere else!

TRS Yucatan Group Trip

From the planning process to the flight back home, Shayna was amazing. I was stressed about my group trip and Shayna was so reassuring the whole way!
