We went here for a family trip to Mexico. Shayna had me choose between this resort and Dreams. We are so glad we chose Palladium, we had access to a couple other resorts and it was so much or the kids to do everyday!!! We will definitely continue to utilize Shayna for our vacations!

Bali and Thailand was the best vacation!

We wanted to experience Bali and Thailand in one trip and didn't know where to start. From the beginning Shayna was very helpful and knowledgeable about both destinations. We stayed in Kuta and Bangkok. Shayna put us in the hands of 2 amazing tour guides in both cities that gave us a tour of the cities, we tried some food and went to the temples. We opted for a flight to Bangkok and the process was so smooth. Shayna really handled everything. We are going to Greece, Maldives and Japan through her next and we can't wait!

Ocean Eden Bay is beautiful!

We came to Shayna for a birthday trip to Jamaica and while we were talking, she said I have the perfect resort for you. I was a bit skeptical about it but she asked me to trust her! I'm so glad I did, the penthouse suite she upgraded us to was beyond beautiful. We have booked 5 other trips with her since and can't wait. She is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable.

Secrets Riviera

We initally wanted Bali but didn't factor in the long flights we would have to take. So We selected Secrets Riviera through Shayna and let me tell you: They made us feel like royalty for our honeymoon! Everything was such a smooth process: From booking the hotel, to making payments, to the airport signs, to the airport transfers, to the customer service on the resort - we had an amazing 2 weeks in Mexico and we can't wait to book with Shayna again.

Paris was beautiful!!

We did a joint trip to Paris and Rome. All we knew is we wanted it to be wine catered! Shayna outdid herself with the wine tastings and cooking classes we took in both cities!! We truly enjoyed our 2 week vacation through Shayna. We are going to Sandals next in Barbados.
