I had originally booked my own airline ticket, but afterward I realized I would have to drive over four hours to the airport to catch my flight—and then make that same long drive home after landing at 11:00 p.m. Thankfully, Verna was willing to step in and help me when I really needed it! She was able to get my ticket changed so I could fly out of an airport only 45 minutes from home. This saved me hours of driving and meant I didn’t have to inconvenience my family by asking them to handle drop-off and pickup. I truly appreciate Verna going above and beyond to help make my travel plans easier and less stressful. This is exactly why having a great travel agent makes such a difference. I highly recommend Verna and am so thankful she was there to help!

I contacted Verna about a trip that I was taken for my Grandson high school graduation. I tried myself to fine hours that would work for my Daughter to pick me up. I couldn't fine anything within an hour in contacting Verna she had 3 different flights for me to pick from. Verna was very knowledgeable on all the questions I had she was very friendly and patient with me talking through the steps on American Airlines web sight. I had a wonderful trip and great flights. ????? I cannot say enough wonderful things about Verna and the role she played in making our family trip to Turks & Caicos so special. From beginning to end, she was absolutely amazing. We traveled as a family of four to Beaches Turks & Caicos, and this was a trip we had really been looking forward to. Verna made us feel like we were more than just another family going on vacation.
