I contacted Verna about a trip that I was taken for my Grandson high school graduation. I tried myself to fine hours that would work for my Daughter to pick me up. I couldn't fine anything within an hour in contacting Verna she had 3 different flights for me to pick from. Verna was very knowledgeable on all the questions I had she was very friendly and patient with me talking through the steps on American Airlines web sight. I had a wonderful trip and great flights. Verna helped our group of 10 book a late vacation to Mexico. We were given 5 different resorts to pick from based off what we wanted for our vacation. Since we were later booking she worked after hours to get us booked and answered all of our first time travelers questions! While she was on her own vacation she took time out of her day to verify we were still safe to travel to Mexico after the partial closures to some resorts because of the things happening within Mexico.
