Verna helped our group of 10 book a late vacation to Mexico. We were given 5 different resorts to pick from based off what we wanted for our vacation. Since we were later booking she worked after hours to get us booked and answered all of our first time travelers questions! While she was on her own vacation she took time out of her day to verify we were still safe to travel to Mexico after the partial closures to some resorts because of the things happening within Mexico.
