We began in Rome, where ancient wonders like the Colosseum and the grandeur of St. Peter’s Basilica brought history to life. In Naples, we enjoyed authentic pizza and explored Pompeii’s haunting ruins beneath Mt. Vesuvius. Sicily welcomed us with rugged coastlines, lively markets, and warm breezes. Pisa gave us the iconic “Leaning Tower” photo — a fun break in our history-filled trip. Marseille charmed us with its harbor and Provençal flair, while sunny Malaga offered the perfect mix of history, art, and relaxation. Gibraltar stood out with dramatic cliffs, a blend of cultures, and a memorable dolphin tour. Cartagena impressed with Roman ruins, colorful plazas, and waterfront strolls (plus a tough but fun snorkeling adventure!). Mallorca was pure Mediterranean bliss — turquoise waters, picturesque villages, and unforgettable tapas and wine tours. Finally, Barcelona dazzled us with Gaudí’s masterpieces, from Park Güell’s playful designs to the awe-inspiring Sagrada Família. This trip was more than a vacation — it was a tapestry of shared laughter, stunning sights, and flavors we’ll never forget. Each destination left its mark, creating a journey we’ll cherish for a lifetime.

The ports were fun with plenty to do, our cabin was roomy and clean, the food was excellent and there was non stop entertainment on our ship. Everyone had a great time! Anne arranged the trip for six of us, she’s very knowledgeable planning vacations especially cruises, we knew we were in good hands. We also had a land trip to Los Cabo, Anne also arranged for us last minute because we had planned to go to Puerto Rico and being in November there was going to be a week of hurricane winds and rain, so Anne suggested the new destination and did all the planning, it was a beautiful resort with all inclusive and many amenities perfect for us. We are starting to discuss plans for this winters trips and can’t wait to get Anne ‘s suggestions and help with all the planning from the venue, airfare, car rental and excursions. She also helped us obtain travel insurance.

We just returned from our very first cruise, and I can’t thank Captain's Log Travel enough for making the entire experience so smooth and enjoyable!
