Beach in Five Cays, Providenciales, Turks & Caicos

I have always been interested in travel for myself as well as assisting others with their travel plans, however life took a slightly different turn. I served as a Concierge for yachtsmen before I knew the word "concierge", arranging their rental cars, dinner reservations and airplane bookings where necessary. This role brought me much pleasure as I ensured my clients' needs were met.  Fast forward several years I was part of a team opening a luxury boutique hotel in Turks & Caicos where I served as Reservations Manager, Guest Relations & Special Events Manager and eventually rising to the role of General Manager.  My goal was to ensure each guest had a memorable experience from the first call to the resort to the return trip from the resort to the airport, I got much satisfaction from the verbal and written reviews, and each experience taught me something for the next one.  Now here I am 20+ years in the General Manager's role, returning to my first interest of becoming a Travel Advisor - its seems life has come full circle.  I am here to serve and create memorable experiences that last a lifetime or that once-in-a-lifetime experience.  I look forward to serving you!
