Ela was amazing at planning our cruise with family. It took away the stress of coordinating flights, hotel, and transportation to and from port. She found all the information for us and let us pick which worked best for all of us. The trip we took had 14 people so I could not of planned it without her!

Since I had never been on a cruise, my husband and I relied on Ela to make our cruise dreams a reality. I didn't know much about what to look for in a cruise vacation, and luckily Ela knew all of the must-haves. The trip was so special, and had everything we were looking for. I was so happy Ela advised us on which package to get--it suited us perfectly!

The thought of planning a trip for 3 grandchildren under 5 is overwhelming. With the help of Ela and her expertise and organization - we pulled it off without a hitch! Ela helped us plan out the perfect short Caribbean cruise and Miami getaway on short notice! She provided many itinerary options that would work with out small travel window, and she was at the ready with recommendations for places to stay and things to check out while we were there. Ela was extremely helpful and patient with us. She gave us a lot of options to choose from, and made sure everything was in place. Including spending hours on the phone with American Airlines when there was a snafu. She followed up with us until we left for vacation and touched base when we came home. We embarked on a florida/carribbean cruise vacation to get out of the cold, dark Michigan winter. From the moment we reached out until well after we arrived home, Ela, was nothing short of spectacular! Details- you can tell Ela is all about the details. From timely reminders to verify passport expiration dates, to pre-trip packing lists, to tracking our flight timing the day of the trip to ensure we didn't need help navigating a missed connection; Ela was on top of it all! It was very much appreciated to have someone with our back as we traveled with a 1 year old distraction.
