From interactive plates at the restaurants to ultra vip spa days, we truly had a blast— and she made it easy as maritime pie! This was spouse and myself's second cruise, and the first with a travel agent. Addy was wonderful all-around. In particular, she helped us out a lot when we were setting up our initial stay (England), which was a first time for spouse and I both. Addy gave us a bunch of helpful options and advice through the planning. She kept us on track during the long lead-out we'd set up, so we did not have unexpected events messing things up. As I write this, I'm actively planning a family cruise with Addy's help!

I had a wonderful time on my very first cruise with Addie and Terry my friend Sanie invited me after following at Terry‘s travel page. I had no desire to go on a cruise. I do not like boats so I was very reluctant, To my surprise i had a good time. the atmosphere that was created by Addy and Terry was welcoming and just open to meet people where they were at that time. it takes me a while to talk and warm up to people, it was really great to have a very open ended welcome if you want to talk you can if not here is an itinerary. It was not a very in-your-face type of group which I really really appreciate it. one little negative is one of husband made me feel really uncomfortable. i just felt attention given was light weight disrespectful to his wife. other than that i loved it. i would be my husband next time for sure.

My cousins and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday on Virgin Voyages the Valiant Lady. I originally booked the trip online, but didn't get the extra Sailor Loot I was expecting. Adrienne was able to get me Sailor Loot and when I added my cousin to my cabin the transition was seamless. The payment portion was flexible and easy. Overall 10 out of 10 stars for doing business with Addy and Terry!

My husband had a dream of crossing the Atlantic and I wanted to make it happen for him. It would not have been possible without the Adrienne. It would be our first time traveling to Europe and the logistics of it all seemed overwhelming at first. She helped us every step of the way; from finding a hotel, to transportation and interesting tourism options. She was quick to respond to any email questions we had. Addy planned the perfect trip for us in Havana, Cuba. We had a guide, Sergio, that made getting around easy and comfortable. The agenda each day was jammed-packed but didn't feel overbearing and allowed us to experience Havana fully. We did things that were less touristy which would likely be missed by me if I tried to plan this myself. This was a trip that I will always remember and I am so thankful for Addy providing us this great experience!

From the moment we booked to the day we landed back home, our Cuba experience was unforgettable—and much of that is thanks to Addy, our exceptional travel agent. Addy made sure we were fully prepared before the trip began. She provided Cuban currency exchange information in advance, shared SIM card and data tips, and sent a helpful packing list. She also assisted with Cuba’s travel insurance requirements and handled our visas. Addy scheduled a pre-trip Zoom call to answer all our questions. Her careful planning made our trip smooth and stress-free. Our tour guide, Sergio, welcomed us at the airport and promptly led us to our private 24-seat bus for a smooth transfer to the hotel. Addy brings a warm, thoughtful, and genuinely personable approach to working with her clients.

Very slow in responding. Got my cruise dates mixed up with a different date several times. Was not helpful with booking onboard activities and reservations nor reminders/advising how to do so. I would never use them again. They booked my trip, responded to requests for help, although in an untimely manner, and that was it. I could’ve booked the cruise myself and called Virgin if I needed help with a faster response. As a travel agent, they were completely useless. I ended up paying. Urging directly because they were charging me extra for the payments.
