Family fun and memories
I have always loved to travel to new and exciting destinations. There is no adventure that I will not try!
I started in the travel industry 10 years ago and wish I would have started 20+ years ago! I love that I get to help families plan their vacations and make memories that they will never forget. I specialize in family fun vacations at Universal and all Disney Destinations. I also love romantic getaways with my husband . We love to escape to tropical destinations including Jamaica, Aruba, Bermuda, Exuma, St. Lucia and many more.
I have twin boys and they are very active! When we vacation, I do not get much down time, but I think that is what keeps me young! The only time I get a little down time is when we are on a cruise and they are off enjoying the ships activities. I have been on several cruises and my two favorite cruise lines are Royal Caribbean and Disney Cruise Line. I believe that when clients embark on one of their ships, they will be in awe of the beauty around them and their vacation just keeps getting better from there. I think that all inclusive and cruises are a great multi-generational vacation option.
My travel career has been a very productive one and I look forward to growing my business each year! It is such a great feeling when clients call me again and again to book their travel. However, the best compliment that I receive from them, is when they pass along my contact information to their friends and family.

Made the Best Family Vacation

Karolyn helped plan a trip to Disney and Universal in April for my parents, my wife, son, daughter, and me. The trip was perfectly planned and she made helpful suggestions for FastPass options at Disney, which were all spot-on! So were the meal reservations! In addition, when we had questions or hiccups she was very responsive. Her planning made for the best family vacation we could've asked for. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help planning a trip!

Wonderful time in Alaska

Karolyn from Enchanted Destinations booked our Alaska cruise vacation, and I highly recommend her! I am an experienced traveler (although not with cruises) but when I started to research online myself I realized I still had many questions and really needed help. It was so great to connect with someone who had knowledge of the different cruise lines and options, and with some input from us on what we were looking for was able to help us narrow down our choices. Not only did she help us select a great cruise, she booked all of our related air, transfers and hotel. We had multiple air schedule changes after we booked, and Karolyn got us sorted out and rebooked as needed. She thought of everything, and as a result - we had a well-planned great trip and a wonderful time in Alaska. I have no doubt we could never have done as well on our own. Karolyn was simply great!

I won't use anyone else to book our travel

Karolyn from Enchanted Destinations is the best in the business. I won't use anyone else to book our travel. She made our Disney trip seamless, and Disney can be extremely overwhelming for first-timers. Since then, she's booked travel for us to Aruba, Jamaica, Sandals, Punta Cana, and Universal Studios in Florida. When our flights were delayed in Sandals Barbados, she was on the phone immediately, getting us connections and keeping in contact with us. When Covid canceled our Aruba trip, she got us back EVERY PENNY. And when prices change and she get us a better deal, she does. I can't say enough good things. Vacations should be relaxing, Karolyn sees that they are.

Disney for 14 people
I highly recommend Enchanted Destinations! They were able to get 14 people to Disney world for an entire week, flawlessly. Disney is a magical place but highly stressful when scheduling the trip on you own. With their help the only stress was trying to keep all of us together. Fan Family Vacation!
Fun family vacation at Disney World thanks to Karolyn and Caitlin at Enchanted Destinations! Thankfully they took care of all of the details so I didn’t have to. Trying to deal with the frequent changes to the way Disney handles the process of even getting into the park (did you know you need a reservation?!) requires research and time… or a great travel agent who will do it for you… for FREE! Karolyn and her team at Enchanted Destinations are AMAZING! Always quick to help with all types of vacation planning but are specifically experts at planning Disney and Universal Studio vacations. I wouldn't try to plan a trip to one of those places without them, they know all the secrets to save money and to get the most out of the experience.
They are also experts with Sandals Resorts! They are quick with recommendations and have experienced the resorts themselves. They are recommending something they have actually experienced themselves! You can trust an opinion from someone that has been there!

Universal BEST vacation!
Karolyn from Enchanted Destinations was wonderful to work with! Super easy going and friendly! This is our second trip we have booked through Karolyn. We weren't 100% sure exactly what we were looking for in a vacation but after asking us a few questions she knew exactly what we needed. She gave us tons of tips and suggestions on where to eat, when to do what, where to find the hidden places no one else thinks about. She even helped me with tips for booking our flights and saved us a good bit of $$! We ended up having the BEST vacation with our kids!

Walt Disney World on short notice
We found out with very short notice that our daughter’s school band and chorus were going to Disney. We contacted Karolyn at Enchanted Destinations She was amazing with us and so patient since we did not have our itinerary yet. She priced the different hotel options for us and found us the best deals. She ordered our park tickets and made the reservation as soon as we knew which parks for the days we would be there. She made our dining reservations to make sure they worked for the parks we would be at for that day. She took all the worry out of planning this trip. She also set up our transfers to and from the airport. She told us about all the different things Disney had to offer, magic bands, memory maker, etc. but didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want. If you are planning to go to Disney or any trip I 1000% recommend Enchanted Destinations and Karolyn.
