I have had the pleasure of working with Kelly on two trips. First one was a river cruise last September. My husband and I absolutely loved the intimacy of the riverboat. The second one, a European cruise around the Greek Isles, will be happening in a few weeks. Kelly goes the extra mile for her clients. I bought gift certificates at a discount to be applied to my already paid booking. In order for them to get applied, she had to email them to the cruise line and then a week later make sure they got applied to my booking. It was tedious but she was happy to do it to help me save money. She also got me and my 3 other guests, 100 dollars a piece in on board credits when they messed up my refund. You can’t go wrong using Kelly as your travel agent. She is knowledgeable and personable. She listens to everything that you want and makes a travel plan. You won’t be disappointed booking with her.

Kelly is very detail oriented. She was readily available and answered questions quickly. We did get a better deal using her on a cruise than going through the cruise company.
