From the start, she was so easy to communicate with, always friendly, and kept us updated on every detail. She found us an amazing deal on our room block and threw in some great extras, which was such a nice surprise. On top of that, she coordinated transportation for all our guests, and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how smooth everything went and how helpful she was.
