Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure our trip was everything we hoped it would be. She provided great resources including sample itineraries for each of our locations, was responsive to our questions and facilitated all booking logistics. Stephanie was amazing to work with! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She had a lot of knowledge and experience already, but was also willing to help find answers to all of our questions. Her response time was great as well. She walked us through the requirements for traveling out of the country and into another. Prior to leaving, we found out about a seaweed issue that was causing issues for people. One week before we were supposed to leave, we decided to cancel our existing reservation, and rebook to a different part of Mexico. With little notice, she worked to make the transition feel like no big deal. Again, helping us find the best resort, with the amenities we were looking for and all within our price range. Prior to leaving, she checked in with us to make sure we were doing the things we needed to, sent helpful info about the area, tipping culture, packing lists, and helped us make decisions about what excursions to do. She made sure we got there ok, and checked back in to make sure we made it home. Working with Stephanie made the trip planning and booking process go from intimidating to simple, and we are grateful for her and her expertise!

EF and I just got back from the most incredible week in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for our honeymoon! Huge thanks to your amazing travel agent Stephanie Filing for putting together this once-in-a-lifetime trip for us. Nonstop flights both ways made it so easy, and everything was absolutely wonderful form start to finish! Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana was absolutely fantastic.
