We had always wanted to go on a cruise of the Baltic Sea, and Pam was able to plan it

I have taken a number of cruises through Pam and Jim over the past approx 15 years and I've always appreciated their competent, personalized service. They know their clients and make every effort to match their vacation to their needs and wants. They sell high quality cruise products and stand by what they sell. They often present helpful options with various dates, pricing, etc, so that you can choose what works best for you. They have a good understanding of seniors' travel needs. I used to travel with my elderly father who had some mobility issues and they made extra effort to ensure that our trip would go as smoothly and comfortably as possible for him. I particularly like their "call us anytime that you need anything, no matter where you are. We're here to help!". I'm very pleased to recommend Pam and Jim's services and never have any hesitation about calling them for my cruise travel needs.

Pam and Jim have planned many very enjoyable trips for us . From the time the Limousine picks us up until they deliver us home again our trips have been worry free.
Someone meets us at the Airport holding a sign with our name and transports us to our first Hotel. From then on all we have to do is enjoy the trip.
Thank you again Pam and Jim for planning our Fall 2016 trip. We are really looking forward to another great adventure.

We recently planned a canal trip in The Netherlands, Pam and Jim went all out with all the river excursions to make sure we had the best tour and airline packages to meet our requirements. In the past we have made numerous journeys with their assistance and had a wonderful time on each one. This journey to the Netherlands we had to cancel for medical reasons, and Pam and Jim were there to make sure our payments were returned and all the necessary paperwork was filled out. I have recommended Cruise Holidays to numerous people and they have all had a wonderful experience.

Pam and Jim are always helpful and full of ideas and tips. We have done four cruises with them and never been disappointed. Three ocean cruises and most recently a river cruise.
