I knew Ivy from the Ottertail Lake area as a waitress. Her attention to detail, energy and service always impressed me so when we decided to take this cruise and I knew Ivy was now a travel agent I thought I’d give her a try, that was a great decision! She made sure Sharon and I had all the paperwork and identification in hand, that excursion options were reserved and other details that when confirmed make for a stress free vacation. I wanted to change a flight on our return trip. I notified Ivy of what we wanted to do on a Saturday and received her reply on Sunday, it was a done deal and NO extra expense. Ivy was very instrumental in what turned out to be a wonderful experience. You will not go wrong with having Ivy working for you! I have recommended her to many friends.

Ivy set us up for success and our trip went smoothly. She assisted us in researching activities that resulted in a great airboat ride.

We planned a family vacation to Hawaii with Ivy’s help. It was a 10/10 experience! The location was central to many things, had tons of options for eating, and activities. She also provided information to help plan activities. We visited Pearl Harbor, went snorkeling/swimming with sea turtles, hiked diamond head and did some reef fishing while also getting plenty of relaxation time in.

Ivy was very helpful in every aspect. It was our 1st trip using a travel agent and she answered all of our questions and concerns. We were to go to Jamacia 2 days before the hurricane hit, and Ivy took care of everything for us to reschedule and handled it all. We are planning a return trip and will be using Ivy again. This was our first trip to Jamaica & definitely won’t be our last!! Ivy & Karen did a wonderful job choosing this destination for our cousins Senior Trip!! Highly recommend!!
