From beginning to end, she handled all the details from booking, to airfare, hotels, transfers, dining, etc. Kathryn's follow-up on all the small details leading to departure was also a welcome service, making sure everything was in order before we left. During our trips, she not only checked in to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, she handled instances where we needed assistance. For example, we needed to change rooms one evening during our Scotland tour, and Kathryn stayed right with us to make sure everything was smoothly arranged for us.
