I genuinely have no idea where to start. Mari was an absolute star and deserves a raise for going above and beyond the typical planning. Mari helped book our stays, our transfers, our tours, and even helped with some of our flights. Mari did not stop there, every flight if there was a delay, she was texting or calling letting me know. Mari verified we had no issues checking into our stays and at the halfway point of each stay was checking in to see how it was going. She even helped add a few last minute guests onto our itinerary for our tours and transfers, and when I say last minute, I mean the day before!! Mari was AMAZING. When I had any issue trying to find things on my own she was there with recommendations. As stated before she went ABOVE AND BEYOND, to the point that my sister's boyfriend was planning to propose in Florence, however, he was having some trouble finding the perfect location. I contacted Mari to ask if she knew of any locations at which point she was able to rattle off 2-3 locations off the top of her head and sent me a text with additional locations not even 15 mins later, IF THAT. Mari helped make this a trip for the ages and I will ONLY put my faith and travel plans in her hands from now on as she helped alleviate soo much stress that goes with planning a three week trip from Greece to France then to Rome and then to Civitavecchia for our cruise at the very end.

Let me start by saying that I typically just book my own airfare, hotels etc. o typically just look at ratings and that’s the extent of my “research”. However, to work with a travel agent is a world of difference. They value they bring to the experience is phenomenal. Particularly when you have a travel agent like Mari. Mari was excellent! We started trying to plan our trip through Northern Spain a year ago. It was tough trying to do it on our own. We came to the realization that we needed help. A mutual friend recommended Mari. She was excellent from the Start. As example, we had rented a 9 passenger Van on our own and she located the exact same van for nearly 350eu less
