She helped us book a preferred room with access to a preferred pool that was quiet, relaxing, and came with so many added perks. It truly felt tailored to exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon. What really set Emily apart was her support throughout the entire trip—not just during the planning phase. On our travel days, when we had our hands full navigating the airport, she was incredibly helpful and proactive in sending over our boarding passes and making sure everything stayed on track. That level of care and attention made a huge difference. From planning to the actual trip in Mexico, Emily was helpful every step of the way.
