European and Caribbean travel specialist

I was notified just two days before of a business meeting that I had to attend in Canada. Leaving from the great city of Amarillo Texas and flying to Toronto Canada at such a short notice was no easy feat. My wife said let’s call Donna and Jason of ET Family Travel LLC -in less than 2 hours of Jason working his expertise I was sent not one but several flight options! His timing was perfection for getting the two flights with layovers to and from less than one Hour apart-I highly recommend this WONDERFUL family travel agent!

Jason and Donna guided us through every part of our Mediterranean journey, from the cruise itself to the stays in Barcelona and Rome. Their knowledge of cruising made it easy to choose the right rooms and excursions, and their experience with international destinations showed in the way they arranged hotels and tours that fit our interests perfectly. Their familiarity with both European cities and cruise logistics gave us confidence throughout the trip, and the whole process felt seamless.

Jason and Donna made planning our Mediterranean cruise—and the pre- and post-stays in Barcelona and Rome—an absolute breeze. They answered all my questions about cruise rooms and excursions, guided us through hotel choices, and arranged multiple tours tailored to our interests. When one of our tours was unexpectedly canceled due to an event at the Coliseum, they quickly secured an excellent replacement. Their support was seamless every step of the way. I’ve already recommended them to friends and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for experienced travel agents with expertise across destinations worldwide.

I met Jason and his Wife Donna at a vendor market in July of this year. They were able to help plan a very affordable vacation for my Mom and I to Canada in 2025. We had a great time.

I recently worked with Jason and Donna to plan my family trip to Panama and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. They helped me book the trip and provided detailed information about the hotel and local area, which made everything much easier—especially since it was my first time visiting Panama. They were extremely responsive, honest, and upfront throughout the process, and they provided a wealth of helpful information and recommendations. Their communication was timely, clear, and reassuring, which made the entire experience stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and personal touch. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip abroad!

Donna and Jason Miller are outstanding. They prepared our trip to Italy beautifully and checked on us often. Any questions I had they were there to help! We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend; 5 stars!!!

First, I want to let you know that our entire family had our best trip to Saipan ever. We have visited Saipan at least five times since 1994. Your team got us a great SUV rental at a great price, as well as a hotel with outstanding customer service and rooms. Your suggestions for sites to visit and activities to participate in took us to places we have never seen before. You have to understand that this last item is almost unbelievable, as my wife was born and raised on Saipan. Your team will be our family's go-to for our annual trips from now on!

Donna and Jason assisted us throughout the process of booking our amazing safari tour to South Africa and Zimbabwe! They booked us the best trip option, gave us advice on flights, and answered all of our questions we had. When we thought we might miss a flight they were there to assist us and was in contact with the tour operator throughout that process. Highly Recommend using Donna and Jason to plan your trip!

Donna and Jason were very helpful to us when we booked our Cruise and land tour to Alaska. We have had problems in the past getting a room on the ship that was close to elevators as we have mobility issues. They helped us get the perfect room location and a wonderful land tour as well. The trip went smoothly and was wonderful! Highly Recommend Donna and Jason for your travel needs!

Jason was wonderful to work with. The time and effort he put into planning our trip did not go unnoticed. We appreciate all he did to make this such a memorable experience for our family! Nailed it!

I had never been on a cruise before and Jason and Donna planned a short Bahamas and Key West tour on Celebrity. I was a bit nervous but they walked me through all the steps and were there for me for any questions I had. I had a wonderful time and would use Jason and Donna's services again for sure!

I highly recommend ET Family Travel! Jason and Donna booked our 7-day trip to Honolulu and arranged trips to Pearl Harbor and the Polynesian Cultural Center. Our trip was wonderful! They are so professional and so easy to work with. Their attention to detail was outstanding. So grateful for their help!

Jason and Donna Miller booked my Husband and I an amazing Viking River Cruise to see the Christmas Markets of Europe. They provided their extensive first hand experience in the planning to the trip itself. They were with us every step of the way. I highly recommend their services as they are great Travel Advisors!
