Sherry is the best! We have used her to help plan many vacations and every time she has made traveling easy and stress-free. Her communication before, during and after the trip is excellent. She provides information about what to expect at each step of travel and checks in to make sure everything is going smoothly while on vacation. Before our first Disney trip I researched many agents and sure glad I decided on Sherry. She is SO KNOWLEDGABLE and very responsive. She never made me feel like a question was too little, silly or annoying. She gave great advice and if she wasn't sure of something she took the time to research the answer. I like how she helps as much, or as little in the planning process as you need. Our first trip I needed a lot of help even in the beginning to set up my Disney account. By my second trip, I was able to just text or email with specifics. She goes above and beyond to make the whole process special and personalized for your family. She really went the extra mile with little goodie bags of Disney swag for my kids, and water sent to our resort room. We have our third trip planned with her as well as my friends have booked with her and my parents will book next year. You will not be disappointed with Sherry!

She helped us with every aspect of our trip - finding the best airfare/flight times, airport transfers, lodging, etc. She offered ideas and suggestions to meet the needs of our family. She helps us get rooms near each other, accommodates all of the changes we request throughout the process and makes sure we have the best ship and ports of call to keep everyone in the group happy! Our multi family trip to Cancun over spring break 2025 was outstanding. Sherry helped us choose a resort that met the needs of each family. This is a delayed review, but our Princess Cruise Tour arranged by Sherry was spectacular! It went above and beyond our expectations. We were provided guides on each port prior to our cruise. A special Denali tour was set up for the group. Sherry provided excellent communication throughout the planning process.

Sherry was an excellent vacation planner for our family. She made our first trip to Disney with the children a huge success. It went very smooth and we avoided lines because of her careful planning of attractions, etc that she provided to us. I was able to leave Ohio knowing that I feel secure in our daily plans for each park day , where to eat, and what shows to see. This is because of Sherry's expertise and knowledge that she provided and documented for me prior to the trip. When she contacted me during our trip, I had a Park question for her. She responded with a lengthy and in depth response to my question in a timely manner. I was impressed with how quickly and efficient she responded to me and she answered our question above and beyond what we asked. Sherry was very attentive to all of our questions and emails and answered everything promptly. I love that she took the time to send us a note right before our trip to make sure that we understand everything about getting around the airport and finding our transportation to the airport.

From start to finish, Sherry was wonderful! She booked an entire vacation for 3 families without any complications. When we decided to change travel destinations, Sherry was beyond patient and helped us switch all of travel plans. She investigated how to transfer our deposits, recommended comparable resorts, price matched online pricing discrepancies, and found the rooms we requested. I'm sure this took her hours and several headaches, but she never complained. Sherry kept us up to date with travel itineraries, gave us a very useful travel gift before departure, and checked in with us after we arrived at the resort to make sure everything was OK. She gave us first hand information about the Dominican Republic, including tips for navigating the airport, avoiding beach scams, etc. I can't thank Sherry enough for arranging such a wonderful trip. We all had a great time and a stress free vacation because of her.

Sherry is fantastic! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. She booked a cruise for our party of 20 on Royal Caribbean that celebrated some milestone birthdays and retirements. We needed 11 cabins and I located Sherry through a Google search when I recognized I needed help booking a trip for a group of this size. I chose Sherry because of her experience with group travel and I was not disappointed. Sherry is very responsive and always helpful.

Sherry did everything from booking our adjacent cabins, advising us on benefits for a large group, ensuring Royal Caribbean had everything setup to recognize our milestone celebrations, dealing with last minute quotes for more cabins, helping us apply our points for onboard credit, ensuring main dining room table assignments and generally answering a ton of questions for us. All of this added up to a fantastic trip that is beyond words and Sherry deserves credit for that.

Sherry was so patient with us in the planning process. She helped us find exactly the cruise we wanted, with rooms in the perfect location. We appreciate the time she took talking with us by phone, emailing, and texting. She was an excellent communicator. Our cruise was amazing and the planning part a breeze.

We had a big party for our trip and her help with all this made our trip easier and more enjoyable. We had an awesome experience with our Alaska trip for 14. Trying to coordinate the schedules of 6 families was a challenge. Once we had dates coordinated, Sherry made the rest easy! She helped us find 6 mini suites near each other on the ship, set up our hotels for our pre cruise stay and recommended great restaurants. We are very happy we contacted Sherry to assist us in this vacation.

While I've been to Disneyland and Disney World numerous times, it has been a long time and even longer since I stayed on property. Sherry gave me lots of helpful information and arranged for our 4-day park-hopper visit, including lodgings at Caribbean Beach Resort. The trip was seamless and flawless. I arranged for our own meal reservations and lightning passes, but Sherry helped with all the tools and information that was necessary. I feel like we spent a minimum of time 'dealing' and a maximum of time 'enjoying'. Great service, always pleasant and helpful, often responding within minutes of my messages. And Sherry acknowledged that the Disney universe can seem very complex to newcomers --- but cut through the process expertly.

Sherry has helped us plan multiple trips to Disneyworld. We have yet to be disappointed. This year we had another wonderful time and appreciate the time Sherry takes in assisting us with out plans.

Our family had the best time at Barcelo! We wanted a resort with a lot of activitity for our boys and their friends. This worked out great.
