Billie Jo was easy to work with from the start. She took care of all our needs from the flight, hotel as well as the car rental which allowed us to focus on our other travel plans.

Overall great time had by all, the reservation and planning process was great, there were two things we were not prepared for 1 - having to pay for hotel parking was a significant expense and won't save you any footsteps even if you are a guest. 2 - Not receiving the room we wanted on the second half of our stay. Asked for beachfront and got a great view of bushes instead and hotel would not accommodate a move. Very disappointing! Although they were correct in the first hotel you can see the disney world fireworks they didn't tell you the balcony is only big enough for 2 and you almost have to hang over the edge to see them, but you could see them. The second hotel staff was much less professional, our room rate must have been flagged cause when asking about a beach view which was requested on initial reservation was told they were booked solid. However, one staff member screwed up and said they should be able to help as there were 2 rooms available. Then upon looking into the move she mumbled out loud - oh you have one of those rooms sorry we are booked up solid. Also breakfast was not included in the room price like it was in the first portion of our stay. Parking at both hotels was a nightmare - be prepared to walk a good distance to your room at both stays, and at the second stay overflow parking is almost a block from the room. The experience was enjoyable thought it would be better but live and learn I guess...

We can’t wait to see Mt. Rushmore again /badlands of South Dakota!! It is breathtaking!! There is just so much to do there! WOW!! We love MODE travel agency! This is the second time I have booked with them (first 2023 PV Mexico-refferal two friends) Being a busy working mom-traveling in a different state- I wasn’t sure if travel agencies did this type of booking and I was so thankful they did! Especially since we are in travel sports! This gave me peace at mind! I loved the recommendations! She was always there for me when I needed it during the trip! Do not use AI to book a trip! Use a travel agency! MODE is the best!
