Carol Ann was very knowledgeable and supportive. She gave me lots of options and was willing to work with me, even when I changed the date of my vacation. Resort I am staying in is under refurbishments and she sent me information on that before I booked, so I would be aware of what was affected. She was very informed of the discounts, promotions and best times to go, which was key for me in booking the trip. We were hoping to get a moderate resort under budget with free dining. We were able to get all of that plus we are getting an extra day in the park that we thought we wouldn't be able to afford. Carol Ann is still providing me with information even after I booked.
