Nick worked with our family to create an unforgettable vacation in Belize, Central America. We reached out to Nick upon the recommendation of a friend and another satisfied client, and are so happy to have found our new travel agent! We wanted a warm end of year vacation for our grown daughters, son-in-law, and my husband and I. We asked for options on trips that included someplace none of us have been, a variety of activities including hiking, water, and cultural and historical opportunities. Nick came up with a couple of options that fit our interest and budget and we settled on Belize. Nick then presented options for a trip to Belize that offered time in the rain forest as well as time on an island off the Hol Chan Barrier reef. At both locations, Nick selected hotel and rentals from which we could choose exactly the vacation we wanted that fit our needs. Once our venues were selected, Nick provided us with lots of options on activities, secured a rental car and managed flights from three cities to our destination. Our arrival flights ended up being within 15 minutes of one another, all due to Nick’s efficient travel management. Nick provided us with a complete travel itinerary, excellent tips on apps to load for effective communication and maps and made sure all of the details with payments, passports, and paperwork were handled efficiently, within our budget, and exceeding our expectations. Traveling with a group of five in three different cities in the US can be a challenge, but Nick expertly anticipated our needs, effectively communicated with us, and was a great assist in managing plane issues to smoothly get us to and from with zero complications. Nick was very helpful to us planning our first trip to Hawaii-- visiting Oahu and Kauai. He advised us on airline reservations; booked our rental cars; booked an excellent property, the Kauai Shores Hotel; and placed all of our bookings in an app that we could access throughout the trip. He checked in with us during our travels to ensure things were going smoothly. We will use him again for a European cruise next fall.
