I have used several travel agents in the past, and each time I wonder why. They have each left us in the lurch when something happens, and I end up doing all the leg work anyway. I was about to give up and just start booking myself, since I always did all the work anyway, but Ra'Nesha sent me a message to help me with a flight problem. Even though I wasn't her client, she reached out and helped me with my refund owed from Delta. I told her we would look her up for our next trip, and we did. We also had friends book through her, and we both have already booked through her for next year!

When Hurricane Melissa hit, I thought our trip was a total wash. Ra’Nesha stepped in immediately, handled every change, and made sure we didn’t miss out on our vacation. We ended up spending seven amazing days at Sandals St. Vincent, and the resort was incredible. The property is beautiful, the beaches are pristine, and everything felt relaxed and well done. We did a few excursions and loved being able to come back each day and truly enjoy the resort. Our three butlers provided excellent service throughout the trip and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
