Terra was very organized and took all of our preferences into account. She adapted the trip to fit both adventure seeking and relaxing events. I will be looking for direction from Terra for our next big family adventure. I definitely would recommend her if you want personalized service and a voice that will listen to your specific needs and concerns.

Terra booked our whole-family trip, 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 6, to the Ka'anapali shore in Maui, Hawaii. She booked us three beautiful suites at Aston's Ka'anapali Shores on the beach, and provided exceptional aid in choosing restaurants, sport fishing, luau and recreational activities during our seven day stay. We found Terra to be extremely cordial and quick to respond to our questions and needs, providing first class service with her attention to detail. Terra made our trip a giant success. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, having everything planned and working, and not having to worry about anything. We couldn't have done it without her. She's a great travel agent and we will us her again.

Our trip was excellent. Terra covered every detail, especially the hard ones. We laid my best friend to rest in the sea, as she requested. Terra covered, not only our rooms, but the paperwork and chaplain on the ship. It was an easy trip with no surprises. We all enjoyed the cruise, great food , entertainment and our cabins were great. I recommend balconies for sweet mornings and amazing sunsets.

Losing a family member is already a difficult time. When you are already dealing with loss and the anxiety it causes, the last thing you want to think about is how to memorialize you loved one. Terra took this all away for us. My mother’s favorite place was the ocean. She loved feeling the sun on her skin and the waves as they came ashore. I made the decision that the only place to release her ashes was out to sea. I had no idea how to go about it, what needed to be done and if there was paperwork involved. Thank goodness for Terra, she took care of everything!! She made life so easy, part of the issue was also how to get my daughter with Autism aboard with as little difficulty as possible. Terra hit it all out of the ballpark. From the moment she took over the planning I just relaxed. We got aboard with zero drama and were able to just unwind. Everything was taken care of. All I had to do was show up to the memorial. The cruise line did an amazing job and I now know that Mom is free and resting. Thank goodness for Terra and we plan to use her again for a fun trip next time.

This was my very first cruise and Terra did an excellent job putting together everything! Emails that kept me updated with information that prepared me along the way. Thank You Terra as I did enjoy my first ever cruise!
