Penny, We just returned from Nashville, TN. You took care of us when we couldn't make the trip to Phoenix, AZ with the church group. The "A" tickets on Southwest were really great. Calling 24 hours in advance was terrific. Our seats and loading went very smooth even our close call in St. Louis where had only about 30 minutes to exchange planes was easy. We would travel Southwest in the future. We had an amazing 50th wedding anniversary and it all started with you! Thank you so very much!

I just want to tell you thank you for booking our trip to Punta Cana. Your attention to detail made a difference and made this our best vacation by far. First, the fact that you recommended the ocean view as opposed to garden view as the rest of the group did, was very appreciated! Enjoying our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening with a view of the ocean was amazing. Second, we had 11 other people taking this trip, the rest of them coming from Las Vegas. You were the only agent that informed us of the $10 travel card to get into DR. After seeing the line when we got to the airport of those who hadn't purchased in advance, we were truly grateful. The transport service was great and added to our carefree vacation. We have taken a cruise every year for the last 3 that we booked directly through Carnival. After this experience and your professional touch, we will contact you for any future vacations. Thank you again for helping make our vacation so spectacular!

In November, my family (5 adults) visited New York City to watch the Macy Day Parade. It was wonderful! We owe many thanks to Penny Carpenter, TL Travel Specialist for superb travel plans. I highly recommend allowing Penny to plan your next vacation or get away. Penny was a delight to work with and gave us such good information in planning our trip and our itinerary, which was set up perfectly. Our stay in New York was absolutely delightful. Lodging accommodations were friendly, kind, willing to assist and clean. She gave us detailed, useful advice before going, including best safety measures while there. I was so impressed with her dedication and professionalism! She loves assisting individuals planning a miraculous tip and her enthusiasm really showed. I would book a trip with her again anytime.
