For the past 18 years, I have I been blessed to have the best job in the world, there is nothing better than planning a wonderful trip.  My clients are the best, I get so excited helping them plan where they are going, what they are going to do and see once they arrive.  I become absorbed in the destination, along with discovering and learning the history and all about what there is to do.   That’s what travel really is all about.  I love when my clients say we were in town and just had to come by and give you a hug.  My motto is “I make Dreams come true!

”My job has allowed me to travel to 22 Caribbean countries, 7 European countries along with several Canadian Cities, multiple Mexican Cities and wonderful US destinations like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.  I love the quote by Ibn Battuta…”Traveling – it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.” 

As a TL Active & Adventure Specialist and TL Leisure Travel Specialist I strive to give you the attention and detail for every aspect of your trip you deserve.  I offer a wealth of experience and an abundance of knowledge and will work hard to provide the trip you want.  You will also find I am a very kind, caring and honest person.

I come from a family of college athletes, (I led my team to Nationals, a fete that hasn’t been done since, plus my Dad and Brother were both college athletes along with my daughter) For 38 years I have been an avid snow skier, love trekking, riding motor cycles, scuba diving and water skiing.  Not only have I put together packages for individuals and families, I have booked numerous trips for my Brother, a retired scuba instructor, and his students, so you can see I understand the ends and outs of this world, not only is it my job, it’s my life.

All the Caribbean Islands are so different, each has its own history, which has changed so much, giving each one a totally different cosmetic makeup, a diverse personality, and each a distinct twist on food.  At every Island, you can usually find great diving, along with some wrecks to dive and because many are volcanic islands, great trekking.  We were diving in Barbados and a huge shadow passed over us, I thought it was a boat, I rolled over to see it wasn’t a boat but a huge Eagle Rey.  Up until recently, college has been free for the Barbadians, which means this Island has a very low unemployment rate so the Island People are much friendlier, less aggressive and have fewer beggars.    Cozumel, MX is a wonderful place to dive, plus a great place to ride motor cycles, on the back side of the Island, you will find a light house and a great place to boogie board.  It has wall dives, cave diving along with good shore diving and they offer Nitrox dives.

My Favorite European Country is Spain, you can take the train from Madrid to Barcelona and then on up the coast to Castell de Fels, all three of these cities are so drastically different, you will feel like you have visited 3 different countries.    Each is steeped in history and totally different cultures, wonderful food that is a world apart from each other along with great people.  Plenty to do, with soccer games, have dinners with Flamenco dancers, watch a bull fighter or participate if the Bull Run.  The Canary Islands offer wonderful trekking and the Catalonia area has plenty of ship wrecks to satisfy any divers.    But then there is the history of Rome and Naples, with great trekking nearby and wonderful diving off the Amalfi Coast so it is really hard to say one or the other is really my favorite.  I love to go off the beaten path and really enjoy the local culture.

Snow skiing is such an exhilarating sport, you can take the family, give everyone walkie talkies and be in communication with each other.  The less experienced ones can be on one mountain and those that are more experienced on another.  And those in the middle can catch up with you at the bottom and ride the lift to the top and just take a different run than you.  Wolf Creek is a favorite as it always has snow, plus you can go earlier and ski later than most other locations.   We were skiing in a white out would ride the lift up stop and get hot chocolate then it took us 15 minutes to ski the face down.  The last day we were there the weather moved out and it was beautiful, but for some reason now that we could see what we were skiing we couldn’t do it any quicker than 20 minutes.
