Hailey was an absolute dream to work with and truly made our Disneyland trip magical from start to finish. She planned everything for my family with incredible attention to detail booking our hotel, scheduling multiple park days, helping us choose different parks, securing Lightning Passes, and explaining rides so we knew exactly what to expect. Every step felt seamless and completely stress-free. What really set Hailey apart was her availability and care. She was always just a text away and answered every single question we had even while we were in the parks. At one point, she noticed we hadn’t checked in yet because she was going to wait to add something to our que so we did not have it, yet another amazing thing she did! And reached out to make sure we were okay. That kind of attentiveness and genuine concern meant so much to us. She went above and beyond by securing us seats for a show while we were already in Disneyland, booking it in real time so we didn’t have to wait in line or deal with the queue at all. It honestly felt like having our own personal Disney concierge. Hailey is extremely polite, punctual, organized, and truly brings the Disney magic to life. Because of her, we were able to relax, enjoy our family time, and focus on making memories instead of worrying about logistics. If you’re planning a Disney trip and want it to be smooth, magical, and unforgettable, Hailey is the travel planner you need. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is amazing at what she does, and we will absolutely be using her again.

As first-time Disney visitors, we had no idea how much planning went into a successful trip, but Hailey’s knowledge, patience, and dedication made all the difference. She truly cared about making sure our family had the best experience possible, and because of her, we were able to focus on making memories instead of worrying about the details.

We had an amazing experience planning our Disney World trip thanks to Hailey. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way. Not only did she help us plan everything perfectly, but she also took the time to search for discounts and helped us save money whenever possible. She was extremely knowledgeable about Disney and was able to book all of our requests with ease. Anytime we had questions, she responded quickly and was always helpful and patient. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great trip. She even checked in with us during our vacation to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would recommend Hailey to family and friends. I actually recommend her to people that we met along the way back home.

Hailey was a huge help with the newest tech to help us older people with our trip. From the App to the MagicBands. She helped with a room upgrade to get us a spectacular view on the lush gardens at the Disneyland Hotel. We highly recommend her if you're heading to Disneyland. Keep the magic alive!

I didn’t even know this service was available and it was essential for our first Disney Trip! Something that felt OVERWHELMING was much easier with Hailey’s help!
