Celiac Travel Specialist – As a Celiac traveler myself (with three family members also Celiac), I personally understand the challenges of traveling with dietary restrictions. I actively connect and network with suppliers and tour operators at every opportunity to verify protocols and ensure safe, stress-free dining experiences—so you can explore the world with confidence.

Custom Itineraries – Ready-to-go tours aren’t for everyone. That’s why I also specialize in bespoke journeys designed around your exact vision resulting in a unique, one-of-a-kind experience—whether that’s a quick recharge, a group adventure, or a long-term villa stay abroad.

Where I’ve Been

My personal travels include Italy, Sicily, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia (three weeks exploring Sydney and beyond), several US states including Hawaii (three islands—Kauai being my favorite!), the Caribbean including Aruba, Jamaica, Bahamas, Dominican Republic (plus many more while cruising), and Europe’s iconic river routes.
