I would highly recommend working with Samantha. We began with an informational phone call where we went over our hopes and preferences for our upcoming trip to visit our son who was studying abroad in Florence, Italy. She referred back to the notes from our phone call to ensure that our lodging, location and activities met with our goals. She kept us updated on the availability of lodging and planned our trip with the upcoming Easter weekend in mind. We found the itinerary to be just the right mix of scheduled tours and activities along with free time. She gave us wonderful tips like what to expect at the airport and some of the expectations in terms of tips, services fees, etc. She arranged for us to have a private driver for getting back-and-forth to the airport and for day trips that made getting around so much easier. We really enjoyed our Italian cooking classes, food tour, climbing the Duomo and getting oriented with a walking tour when we first arrived. When we had questions were able to reach out to her for guidance. Overall, it was an exceptional trip, thanks to all the help from Samantha.

My Dad wanted to take our family on a once in a lifetime trip visiting Paris and Rome and hitting all the main tourist areas. He was particular wanting private tours, transportation, and wanted the trip less than 10 days in length while 2 families were traveling from 2 different States. It was a daunting ask and Samantha delivered! Every wish my Dad had was fulfilled and then some.

During the initial planning stages, Samantha listened to my requests and asked all the right questions about our family’s preferences. When the initial itinerary was received, all of our requests were included - with the addition of some extras! Samantha helped us navigate a shortened layover time in order to make it to our final destination as scheduled. Our entire 15-day trip went so smoothly, with all of our excursions and tours going exactly as planned. The guides we had for private and small group tours were excellent. Samantha was available during our time in Italy, in the event we had any questions. We had much we wanted to see and experience, and with Samantha’s experience and excellent planning we accomplished all of it!

It was the best not having to worry about anything. All details were taken care of for us and communicated every step of the way.

Samantha helped me choose the tour that fit in my work schedule. We planned a 13 day trip in Europe. We visted Netherlands, Germany and Austria. With Samantha's help we used the very budget friendly public transportation while in Europe. Eight days of our trip was a guided bus tour through Germany. We learned a lot about the history, seen many amazing places and even made some friends along the way. She made this dream trip come together. Without her I would have been planning the itinerary and my husband driving through new countries. My husband was able to enjoy the scenery and relax between stops. Truly an amazing trip. I highly recommend using Samantha, she made my trip more enjoyable.

It was an amazing concert. Samantha did airline reservations, concert tickets, room reservations at the Venetian and even arranged transportation! She thought of things we didn’t. Best of all, she was available to help when we had problems and questions. We couldn’t have arranged it all without her. She was awesome!
