Costa Rica

Thank you William. Our family has just recently started traveling out of the country over the last few years, so I felt overwhelmed planning this vacation. He helped me make a decision on where to go by listening to all of our wants. He found our flights, planned all of our excursions, set us up with drivers and the best tour guide, and he nailed it when choosing our hotels. I also appreciate his calm and reassuring tone when I was stressed or unsure about any details. We will always think of using William first for our future travel plans.

Will did an incredible job setting up our family for an incredible week in Japan. He did a great job explaining how to navigate the cities and put us in hotels that were perfectly located and easy to get on the train. He had a perfect mix of being structured to maximize our time, but also enough flexibility to be creative and check things out when we were curious. All of Will's recommendations were top notch. Lastly, Will was very patient with us as we had a lot of questions, and he always found the time to answer and explain. This is not the last time I will work with Will - we will do more trips with his support.

William promised the exact experience when we spoke of my holiday to Costa Rica. We experienced hot springs, mud baths, sloth adventures, and hanging bridges to an amazing waterfall. He planned everything from private transfers to private excursions. William captured every single detail. This trip was so relaxing and stress-free in the planning of it all. I will definitely be using William for my many next adventures.

I reached out to William having never used a travel agent before, and he responded quickly and professionally. From the start, he made the entire process easy and stress-free while helping us plan our family trip to Hawaii. William offered thoughtful suggestions and truly listened to our needs and requests. I was initially skeptical about using a travel agent, but William exceeded every expectation and delivered exactly what he promised. We were upgraded to an ocean-view room at no extra charge—which was something we really wanted—even though we were traveling during the holidays. We also received daily breakfast as part of our stay. When the hotel failed to honor one of the included perks, William went above and beyond to get it resolved for us. His guidance, attention to detail, and follow-through made a huge difference and truly elevated our trip. He even checked in on us while we were traveling, which meant a lot. William provides top-notch, timely customer service, and we won’t book trips any other way moving forward. I highly recommend William for vacation planning—you won’t regret it. We can’t thank you enough, William!

William was incredibly helpful in planning our mini-moon to San Francisco. He thoughtfully presented a range of hotel options at various price points, making it easy to find something that fit our budget. Thanks to William, we stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Union Square and had a truly magical experience. We received a complimentary upgrade to a city-view room along with generous hotel credits, which made our stay even more special. The hotel’s prime location—within walking distance of a beautifully decorated Union Square during the holidays—was perfect. Thank you, William, for creating such a memorable and magical San Francisco getaway!

Stayed at two different resorts in Costa Rica recommended by William. Great suggestions and seamless transportation to/from the airport and resorts.

We had the best experience having William help plan our vacation with us. We knew pretty much what we wanted and he was able to fine tune it and give us so many extra perks free of cost. We were able to get a double upgrade for one of the hotels we stayed at, and it was an unbelievable room and stay! There were even little treats at each of the hotels. He was so helpful, kind and efficient. Cannot recommend him enough!

To say we were nervous about taking our three kids under 5 on our first family trip is an understatement. Will was cool, calm, collected, and kind all of the things that made our trip exceed our expectations. From hot deals and hook ups to reassurances and check ins, there was no one better to ever plan a trip with. We are so grateful !

William made what I found an overwhelming task on my own quick and easy. He had lots of great suggestions and was able to book the perfect Hawaiian vacation for our family within our target budget. Highly recommend using his services and taking the stress out of your vacation planning.

I am so thankful I found William on a Facebook group. He was very informative and gave such great advice. He insisted on having a call to talk to see what we were wanting to do on our honeymoon. Thank goodness he did or we would have not received such great information. We loved all the places we stayed and cant wait to plan our next trip!!

William has been our Hawaii and California family vacation expert and helped us not just taking all the stress out of planning but also made our trip to Hawaii (Maui, Oahu and Kauai) and California one of our best family vacations ever! He is listening and wants to understand what`s important for us and translates that into the best hotels and adventures. William also got better deals than I could have gotten via my channels. We are already in process of planning our next trip with William!

What a joy it was working with William as my wife and I planned our 7th wedding anniversary trip. We first considered Europe, but with only a month to go, William recommended Maui—and I’m so glad we followed his advice. He was patient, understanding, and mindful of our budget throughout the process. His recommendation of Hana Maui Resort was spot on—it’s a place we’ll cherish forever. The thoughtful touches of champagne, chocolates, and a personal note made us feel so celebrated, and the hotel credit and room upgrade truly elevated the experience. Even for the parts of the trip we didn’t book through him, William’s tips for the Road to Hana, restaurant suggestions, and activity recommendations were invaluable. We’ve already shared his contact info with friends and family, and we’re looking forward to planning our next adventure with him soon.

I worked with William to book our dream Costa Rican Vacation. William was extremely responsive to my questions, organized and honest and up front about pricing. He worked hard to find me the best prices and perks. We were thrilled with his service and with our rooms and hotel upgrades that we received because we booked with him.

William was so easy to work with, to create an amazing trip for my two teen boys and me. We were hoping for a mix of adventure and relaxation, with a pretty specific budget in mind. Over text and a few short phone calls, William worked with me to find lodging, transport, and activities that would interest both of my kids and me. He was also able to get us upgrades and added amenities at each of the resorts we stayed at. Mid-trip, we realized we needed one more day of activity (turns out, my boys have no chill!) and he was able to plan a day for us, within a few hours, that ended up being one of our favorite days of the trip. I highly recommend working with William and can't wait to plan our next trip!

From start to finish working with William was very easy. He was never pushy or overbearing he kind of threw a lot of things on the table and let us pick our vacation sort of a la carte to fit our families needs. Then he lined everything up for us including the hotel stays and transportation to and from the airport and hotels. His recommendations on things to do and what to bring and what to avoid were extremely helpful. I would recommend William to anybody and everybody.

I found William Johnson through a Hawaii travel group on Facebook, and I consider myself super lucky to have connected with him. From our very first phone call, William took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a quick California getaway with my family. He listened to our needs, especially with little ones in tow, and completely delivered an unforgettable experience. He planned an amazing itinerary that included Santa Monica, Huntington Beach, and Anaheim. The Hyatt in Huntington Beach was a dream — super luxurious, with an incredible pool and a relaxing, upscale ambiance. William nailed it again by recommending Disney’s Grand Californian — it was the perfect choice and made our time at Disneyland seamless and stress-free. What stood out most was how easy he made everything. Traveling with toddlers can be overwhelming, but William took the stress out of planning so we could focus on enjoying the trip. He’s personable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clien

We just returned from an incredible trip to Hawaii, and I have to give major credit to WILLIAM JOHNSON. From our very first conversation, he was consistently available, super professional, and delivered on everything he promised—and then some. He went out of his way to make my husband's birthday truly special, adding thoughtful touches that made us feel like VIPs. Everything from travel details to accommodations was spot-on, and we even got free breakfast every morning, which was a fantastic bonus. The price was very reasonable for the level of service we received, and we felt taken care of throughout the entire process. If you're thinking about booking a trip and want someone who genuinely cares about the experience you’ll have, WILLIAM JOHNSON is the one! Can’t wait to book our next adventure!

William was instrumental in helping us find beautiful lodging for a group of 3 that wanted to stay together rather in separate rooms. He arranged everything to include a special birthday surprise, upgraded accommodation, resort credits and interim lodging for one night due to late arrival in SFO. Highly recommend. He was a great listener when learning about what we were looking for and equally great planner in executing arrangements. Will definitely reach out again!

William goes above and beyond to make sure you are going to have the best vacation ever at the best possible price . The personalized service and the attention to detail are second to none .. Highly recommend to use him for your next trip .

We had the most perfect trip to Costa Rica thanks to William. I did a bunch of research beforehand, but was overwhelmed and couldn't make a final decision of our itinerary, so I reached out to William to help. He took the time to chat with me, learn about our family, what we wanted out of the trip, and made some great suggestions! We took a ten day trip and you expect something to not go according to plan during that long of a trip and your first international trip with young kids, but everything was perfect. From the rental car to the hotels, we were SO happy with all of the suggestions William made and he was able to get great prices too (one so much that we were able to stay at a resort that I wasn't sure I wanted to splurge on, but it ended up being super affordable through William!). Without working with William, we wouldn't have spent the first part of our trip in Poas which was absolutely amazing. It just wouldn't have been the same! I would recommend working with William and

William booked us several hotels for our trip to Australia and New Zealand. We got terrific prices and benefits that made it well worth using his service. I will definitely use him again.
