My husband and I have had the greatest experience working Ariel. I mean from start to finish ~ the level of customer service above and beyond (in our book, which is a big book). Her follow up and willingness to always offer assistance throughout our Anniversary trip made us feel safe and secure. We followed her recommendations for transportation and excursions, and she was on point. We have traveled for years and I have always handled it myself, and tried a TA for the 1st time! Were SOLD on Ariel and excited for our next trips with her and her only!
