Solo Travel Expert

I have been traveling since 2018 and although I started with group trips, I have been travelling solo more and more lately. I stopped waiting on people to be available and ready to travel and I just went! I now have explored 10+ countries solo and I have found so much freedom in exploring new places and meeting new people that I never would have found in a group setting.

With these past few years of solo travelling now under my belt, I have gained so much confidence in myself and my capabilities and I now have the expertise to help other travelers who want to explore the world solo!

My most recent experience was a solo trip to Jordan! I explored Jerash, Petra, Wadi Rum, & the Dead Sea completely solo! It is definitely a different experience being alone vs with a group but there is more freedom with travelling alone. For example, I visited Jerash early in the morning and had the entire place to myself; not even a guide; just me, the ruins, and the stray cats! It creates a very serene atmosphere by having no crowds and it made the trip even more meaningful because I was able to be “in the moment” without distractions.

From exploring the Gardens by the Bay in Singapore to feeding elephants in Laos, from the streets of Tokyo to Angkor Wat in Cambodia, solo travel has opened up a whole new way of travel for me. I no longer have to wait on anyone else to be ready to travel; if I want to travel to a new destination… I can go. That freedom is very powerful and I look forward to helping others experience solo travelling too.
