About Me

Uluru / Ayers Rock
Uluru / Ayers Rock

Australia and New Zealand offer some of the world’s most breathtaking landscapes, rich cultures, and diverse travel experiences. Whether you're looking for adventure, relaxation, or cultural exploration, these two destinations provide something for every traveler.

Australia is a land of contrasts, with vibrant cities, stunning coastlines, and vast outback regions. Sydney and Melbourne are two of its most famous cities—Sydney impresses with its iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge, while Melbourne’s artsy laneways, café culture, and street art give it a unique charm. Nature lovers will be drawn to the Great Barrier Reef, where snorkeling and diving reveal an underwater world teeming with marine life. In the heart of the country, Uluru (Ayers Rock) stands as a sacred monolith, offering stunning sunsets and deep connections to Aboriginal culture. Road trip enthusiasts can explore the Great Ocean Road, famous for its rugged cliffs and the Twelve Apostles rock formations. Tasmania, often overlooked, is a paradise for hikers and wildlife lovers, while Western Australia’s remote beauty includes the Pinnacles Desert, Ningaloo Reef, and the vibrant city of Perth.

New Zealand, often called the "adventure capital of the world," is a paradise for nature lovers and thrill-seekers alike. The North Island offers bustling cities like Auckland, with its stunning harbors, and Wellington, known for its artsy vibe and the Te Papa Museum. Rotorua is famous for its geothermal hot springs and its deep connection to Maori culture, where visitors can experience traditional performances and hangi feasts. The South Island, in contrast, is dominated by dramatic landscapes. Queenstown is the go-to destination for adrenaline-pumping activities like bungee jumping and skiing. Fiordland National Park, home to Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound, offers breathtaking fjords, waterfalls, and diverse wildlife. Movie lovers can explore Hobbiton and various filming locations from The Lord of the Rings. Meanwhile, the South Island’s glaciers, including Franz Josef and Fox Glacier, provide an incredible opportunity to hike or take scenic helicopter rides.

Traveling through Australia and New Zealand requires some planning due to their vast landscapes. In Australia, domestic flights are the most efficient way to cover long distances, though road trips along the coastlines offer incredible views. In New Zealand, renting a car or campervan is the best way to explore, especially on the scenic routes of both the North and South Islands. The best time to visit is during spring (September–November) and autumn (March–May), when the weather is mild and crowds are smaller, though summer (December–February) is the peak travel season.

Whether you're after adventure, wildlife, culture, or relaxation, Australia and New Zealand offer unforgettable experiences. From the coral reefs of Queensland to the snowy peaks of the Southern Alps, these destinations promise breathtaking beauty and diverse activities for every traveler.

Trip throughout Japan

Michael made arrangements for us to travel from Tokyo, Mount Fuji and Hakone by bullet train to Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. He arranged all the activities for us and made it so easy! We overnighted in Hiroshima and even visited a Shinto temple on Miyajima. Then back to Osaka and home! We did just the right amount of sightseeing. Michael was a tremendous help and Advisor.

My husband and I went to Greece for two weeks, and had the most amazing time. We went island hopping, from Cypress to Rhodes, Crete, Santorini and Mykonos. Michael was tremendously helpful and made sure all of our needs were met. He even made some special plans for our anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for more :)
Michael Bitsas responded

Turkey

Mike planned our trip to central Turkey. We flew into Ankara and spent a few days there, visiting museums and historical sites. We took the bus to Cappadocia, which was amazing! We then made our way to the old Roman town of Antalya, and the Roman ruins were very interesting. Then we flew back to Istanbul as a finale, stayed 3 days, and flew home. What a fascinating and enjoyable trip!
Michael Bitsas responded
"I am so glad that you thoroughly enjoyed your trip to Turkey! Please let me know when you're ready to travel again. It'll be a pleasure to work with you again soon."

One of My Top Travel Experiences - Australia
Reviewed By MMachelle - Chicago | Traveled to Australia | Australia & New Zealand
I used them to book my trip to Australia and I was extremely pleased with everything. It started with a conversation of where, when, etc. and it translated into a seamless & well organized trip. My flight to LA with a connecting flight to Melbourne went without a hitch. Mr. Bitsas is well traveled and was able to recommend some places he experienced when he went to Australia. He also connected me to this couple that reside in Australia that further elevated my experience. While in Australia, we mostly stayed in Melbourne but also flew into Sydney, took a ferry, stayed in a chalet, visited several animal parks. It truly was an experience. I loved my flight as I love planes. I appreciated my travel arrangements as all of my questions were answered, flights made, recommendations given and a lasting memory made. Highly recommend using Michael.
