Marcus took all of the stress out of planning our honeymoon which is exactly what I was looking and hoping for in a travel agent. In the beginning, we had no idea what we wanted, and Marcus was so patient with us going back and forth with a ton of options until we landed on what we wanted. During our trip, Marcus himself was on vacation and he still did not hesitate to help us through a few small questions that we ran into. Our experience with Marcus started with a simple online search. I wanted to see if using an agent would hep in our honeymoon planning. Marcus had a specialty in the area we wanted to go so I reached out. Even while on a trip himself, he was quick to get back to me and start giving me ideas for properties that would fit our needs. Once we settled on Secrets Cancun he handled everything. Flights, accommodations, transportation, insurance, everything! He would let us know about any changes as they happened, gave us tips on making the most of our time at the resort, and made sure we were good to go with traveling outside the US. Once we made it to Mexico, he even assisted us in extending our stay an extra day. He was able to give us peace of mind while traveling which is something no-one should take for granted! I plan to reach out again when me and the wife decide to get back out on our next adventure!

We were recommended Marcus after he help a family member plan a cruise so we used him for our Panama Canal cruise. The cruise was fun, we couldn't dock everywhere due to weather but we enjoyed everything. We have already booked with Marcus again.

Desperate times call for desperate measures and I was in dire need of a trip! Right there before my face. Taking pictures of Shakespeare's home and seeing a mini play. It was absolutely lovely. The food was wonderful and abundant.
