I am Diana Whiteside, owner of Cruise Holidays & Vacations of Northwest Austin.

I have been a resident of Austin and the surrounding area since we moved here when I was in second grade, so I consider myself a native. After graduating from high school in Austin I went on to Texas A&M and received by Bachelors Degree in Education. I returned to Austin where I became a teacher and raised my family. During that time my family and I cruised often, so it didn't take long for me to make a transition to becoming a business owner of a travel agency.

Can vacations be booked online?...Of course, but I take a hands on, personal approach to make sure your vacation is customized to your exact needs. I treat your vacation as if it was my own. I take away  all of the frustrations of planning a complicated trip so you can save your energy for enjoying your dream vacation.

For Instance; when planning a cruise, what about airline reservations, pre and post cruise hotel stay, transfers to the pier, where is the best cabin location for your needs, what's included in the price, will I need forcing currency, what acceptable ID's do I need, do I need travel insurance? The questions are endless and the amount of information overwhelming. Fortunately, I am here to help.

Our agency is called Cruise Holidays and Vacations of Northwest Austin. I plan "land only" vacations for our clients as well as cruises. Over the past eighteen years I have planned trips all over the world.

And when planning a land vacation, it seems the further away from home you're going, the more complicated and perhaps intimidating it becomes. I have assisted clients with ALL of the intricate details for trips to Italy, Iceland, Poland, Japan, Australia/New Zealand, Croatia, Germany - allowing them (and you) the opportunity to just relax and enjoy the "ride".
