Jaclyn planned a trip to a luxury resort for us. We were having trouble deciding where to stay and she helped us narrow it down to the perfect resort. She was also able to get us a room upgrade, resort credits AND daily breakfast for 2! It pays to have someone help you plan. I would have never received the special treatment

Amazing European family vacation!!

Jaclyn was a LIFESAVER!! If it wasn't for her, our trip to Europe would never have happened. I reached out to her with about 6 weeks (maybe less) of notice without any expectations her being able to pull it off. She assured me that it could definitely happen and got to planning right away. She booked our airfare, gave us multiple options for hotels and then booked our stays, booked our train tickets, excursions, gave us helpful tips for traveling abroad...I could go on and on. We got a detailed itinerary and were able to seamlessly travel and stay in multiple cities in Germany before landing in our final stop of Paris, France. I'll never book another trip without Jaclyn's assistance! Call her, use her, you won't regret it.

Memories of a lifetime

I was thinking of going to Hawaii and i wasn't knowledgeable enough to know what island and what to do once there. Jackie planned our whole trip to Maui and Kauai and it couldn't have been a better experience. From the booking of the flight, to the hotel and even all of my excursions, it was a pleasure working with her. The trip was a life time of memories for me and my family and i will use The Hills Travel for all of my vacations needs in the future. Riviera Maya
The Hills Travel planned our wedding anniversary trip to Riviera Maya. Our hotel and room was beautiful and an excellent recommendation. Jaclyn took care of all the flight details, transportation to and from the hotel, travel insurance, and excursions (such as snorkeling, swimming in the cenotes, visiting Mayan ruins in Tulum and Chichén Itzá, etc.). She consulted with me on my preferences as she was sorting through details and was readily available for a phone call or text. Having someone as organized and experienced as Jaclyn made this trip effortless and something to look forward to because I didn’t have the stress of sorting out all the details. Jaclyn was aware of our budget and was able to provide plenty of recommendations below our budget. Before we took off, she followed up with all the details and tidbits of advice. Italian Anniversary Trip
Jaclyn recently planned out entire Italy anniversary trip for considerably less than these mass travel websites. She provided us with an itinerary for each day, booked museums, trains and dinner reservations in addition to hotel + air.

Italian Itinerary
I wanted to go to Italy earlier this month. I had seen a post of someone who used Jaclyn to plan her trip to Italy and highly recommended her. I let her know my timeline and the cities that I wanted to visit in Italy. Jaclyn was very helpful, she recommended some sites/activities that I didn't know about. She then went ahead and gave me 2-3 choices of accommodations in each city from which to choose. She also booked the train tickets between cities. The week before my travels, she dropped off a folder with my itinerary that included the schedule of where we were staying in each city, the confirmation emails/receipts, tickets for all the activities as well as train tickets. She also booked our roundtrip airline tickets. During the trip, when I had questions, I was able to text and get a response from her. Now that we have returned from the trip, I can definitely vouch for her. She is also very reasonably priced. I will definitely ask her to help me again for my next trip.
