Our first trip to Disney World and Universal Orlando and Erica made it fantastic! She took all the worry out of the trip planning, and helped us enjoy our trip all the more! The personalized plan was great, and all her advice was on point!

Highlights? Everything. Erica was quick, personal and so much attention to detail. She had an answer for every concern I had or change I needed. She set diary dates or deadlines for herself to check in with me for important intervals (restaurant bookings, ticket purchases, etc.). She even followed up with me post trip to ask how it all went? I've never received this level of attention from a travel agent, they usually just want my money and they're gone. So long as I continue taking vacations, and so long as Erica is still working, I'll be booking it through her. Thank you a million times over!!

Erica went above and beyond in helping us plan an amazing trip to Disneyland and Universal Studios! She truly took the stress out of booking and planning everything, and we knew exactly what to do and where to go at all times, thanks to Erica’s guidance and personalized itinerary.
